The food was really good but the service was even better. Our guy was very knowledgeable of the menu as well as a continuous status on our food. I highly recommend the Double-boned smoked Pork chops.

Our food was great and hot. Our server was new but she did great. Kept us well served and checked on often on us. Bathrooms were cleaned. No complaints.
We have been frequenting Saltgrass steak house since last summer! Every experience is a bit different. Food was great and on point! Well seasoned and cook to temp. Potato soup was a bit thick and grainy. Service was ok, even walking in had a dull unexciting greet and feel. Server seemed to be more scriptive rather then genuinely happy to serve us. She did make suggestions to up sell, a better pitch and we would have added shrimp to our steaks.
Love saltgrass, always have. The food is amazing, always fresh. The staff is friendly, typically quick service. I got the steak salad, medium, with a side of chimchurri sauce or however you spell it lol delicious. The texas tea was good, just not very strong. 100% recommend that salad with a side of that sauce. Yum.
Absolutely delicious. My bf and I went in and we waited about 5 minutes before we were seated. We were welcomed and treated well. The food was absolutely delicious. Got a sweet tea as my drink and it was perfect. Not too sweet. Just right.
The steaks were on point. We chose the queso brisket and chips as the appetizer and it wasn’t super heavy. I got the T-bone medium rare and it was so full of flavor. It melted in my mouth. The loaded baked potato was great too. Wish I had room for dessert. Maybe next time!
So the guy in the front made us wait for the rest of out family to arrive and we had a reservation. The food was great. The waiter was not ready for the group of 10 to 12 we came in with. Not a huge fan of repeating my drink order so many times but other than that it was a great time.
My steak was delicious, and my loaded mash was very good. I also ordered a chicken tortilla soup. I wasn't too crazy about it. It was very bland. Service was excellent.
Everything was good and we enjoyed it. I had a filet mignon, and my friend had the salmon. The service was good but maybe the waiter was new and didn't know the bar menu. It's a noisy place in the evening anyway, so it's not the best for conversations. But, most restaurants are that way these days.

Standard Texas steakhouse, the way it should be. Texas Tbone Steak was perfectly cooked, sliced very easy and was tender. It felt like Texas in there. Prices were decent and whiskey selection wasn't bad. I would recommend highly for anyone in town.
Service was awesome food was awesome steaks were prepared just the way we ordered them. We had a large party all our food was hot and fresh.

This should be your first and only stop to get proper steak paired with fantastic service. I can't say I've ever had a better steak. Anywhere. JD was my waiter, and he was absolutely in top of everything, and should be the example for his teammates here, I wish I had one of these closer to me!
This was the first time at the Saltgrass Steak House for the wife and I. I can't tell you how many times we've driven past this place, but a few days ago we decided to stop and give it a try, and we're glad we did.
The Good...
The food was great, but the atmosphere was equally impressive. Such a great looking place inside, a lot of different textures and colors, cool wall decor. It's definitely not a dull boring restaurant. Service was awesome, we had Josh, he did a great job. Easy to talk too, very attentive.
The Unfortunate...
The wife and I wanted the grilled chicken sandwich, but when we tired to order we were told they were out of buns. Not a big deal, things happen. The Saltgrass folks made it up to us by offering a free side of fries and a scoop of ice cream on our next visit - how cool is that!
Takeaway...
The wife and I will definitely be back. The food, atmosphere, service, everything was awesome!

Food was excellent and I needed that quiet setting after a busy day. But... I had for A1 sauce 3 times from three different people. Manager kept speaking to them after we asked and they would forget. The third one did remember. She continued to just follow up with us.
I haven’t been to this chain restaurant in many years, because I usually avoid chain restaurants in general. However, this particular restaurant offered excellent steaks, friendly and competent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back here anytime. I am in the mood for steak and I don’t feel like making it myself.
The 16 ounce ribeye with two sides, and a Caesar salad was plenty for my wife and I to both enjoy.
Restaurant was pretty empty thanks to the cold. Everything was pretty clean and staff was quick and friendly. My buddy had the grilled chicken and wound up with an upset stomach later. 🤷🏽♂️ My steak and green beans were very good.
What a great meal after my son's Trinity University Football Team victory. Our server, Ana, provided exceptional customer service and was extremely attentive. I highly recommend the baked sweet potato, it was mouth-watering. I'm not much of a meat-eater, but I was pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian options. My daughters devoured their fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs & juicy steak kid meals. My offensive lineman annihilated his steak and was actually too full for dessert. The only reason I'm not giving this dining experience 5 stars is the hard bread. It was difficult to cut even with a steak knife. The warm, soft, delicious bread with the whipped butter at the Houston location has us spoiled.
