Absolutely the best lunch establishment I have ever been to. The variety of options is remarkable. Healthy choices to meet every need. Clean, friendly service oriented staff. I will recommend to others and will be back!
My staff and I Orangetheory Fitness love Salata. Great food that's fresh and nutritious. Customer service oriented, friendly, helpful staff. What more could anyone want. Definitely a great investment for your money for a great meal. Love it!

Custom make your own salad and get to add on if you choose "chicken 4 types, seafood, Turkey or Vegan options! All the dressings are "house made" and so delicious try mixing two different ones together to create your own unique special dressing! Same goes for the teas & lemonade mix those too! You will never go wrong if you choose Salata as your eating place! Once you try it.. you will be hooked for life!

I only took away one star due to the Avocado (it's always brown)but this is my FAVORITE place for salads. I wish they would cut the Avocado as its ordered so it stays green. From the Pesto chicken, Lemon Vinaigrette and salata mix down to the sunflower seeds, you build your own salad. You are the chef 👩🍳. Now, keep in mind you are paying $18.49 for a small salad and drink but the salad is not small at all. I think it's worth it and tastes DELICIOUS
Came in on Mon about 830 before 9pm closing time. We were very surprised and pleased with the many selections they had to choose from. We will definitely get the smaller bowl next time! So much for the price! Give them a try 😉.

My go to place for custom salad and wraps. I usually get the wrap with protein. Fresh lettuce and a colorful variety of veggies and fruits to decide from. Also has soup and pasta (additional cost) and comes with a pastry or pita chips (included). The price is a little high for a wrap especially if you add protein (additional cost based on type) but I get what I want and everything is fresh. Would recommend.

Stopped in for a quick work lunch. The staff was fast and friendly. There are a TON of toppings for your salad. Plus, you can get it in a wrap, which is another healthy alternative. The food and service was great and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because:
1. I'm not sure if this location is fairly new, but the restaurant decor is bland and boring. I also noticed a lot of paint peeling off the walls near the floors. Some of the cushions had noticeable white stains and were scratched, which may be the type of material. The dining area just seemed very lunch roomy. The staff was great at keeping the tables clean but the whole seating area seemed old and dingy.
2. A fountain machine for customers to use as needed would be a nice addition. The only drinks you can get are like two brands of bottle pop and various self-serve teas. I prefer fountain pop to bottled pop. There is a huge, huge ice machine (ice and water only) and there would be plenty of room to add a pop machine.
The food quality was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The prices are a bit on the expensive side but the food quality matches. The dining area and decor though does not match the price and asthetic Salata is trying to pull off. Hopefully Salata can take some of these opinions into consideration. This place seems to be a hot spot at lunch. I would return.

My favorite place to grab a healthy lunch quickly 🥙 😋 The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food always fresh.. they have a great collection of fresh vegetables and toppings to create your favorite salad 🥗 they have outdoor seating too.
I love the salads and wraps. Fresh vegetables, fruits and protein. I also love their dressings. The team starts off with salad choice, vegetables, fruit, protein, dressing and topper. They mix it all up and bring it freshly tossed to the table.
Nice clean store. Line staff were great. Salad items were fresh and tasted good. Plenty of parking. The De Zavala entrance is hazardous because the entrance is so close to the highway exit ramp. Traffic exiting the highway continue at a high rate of speed so it's safer to bypass the De Zavala entrance and instead go to the next block (don't know the street name) and enter from that street.
I really enjoyed my food very much but I have to be honest it's overpriced! So good really enjoyed it but don't know if I can pay full price.
The food and bread are fresh. The staff are polite. I would rather say they are friendly, but polite is acceptable for sure!
I like to eat outside. The outside tables should be cleaned regularly. It is obvious those get overlooked. But after we washed the tables the experience was nice.
Nice new place for all salads lovers! You can choose a small or large salad bowl. You also have the option to make it a wrap. I would opt to have my salad dressing on the side, since the scoop of dressing is large. Fresh ingredients and I will definitely come back!
Salata is a fancy salad place. I like the different options that are available here but it's a bit expensive for a salad. Their veggies, dressings, meat is all fresh and healthy. The staff is decent, depending on how busy the restaurant is! They have god outdoor seating arrangements.
Salata is my go-to if I want to eat a healthy lunch. Always a friendly face behind the greens, 😄 and the selection of toppings is impressive. Fresh, fast and a tasty selection of dressings.
Excellent salads, very friendly staff. Eat there 2/3 x a week. Although this last time I had to clean a table myself, while the grey haired manager looked on! 🥴
I ordered 2 small salads and 2 kids meals. Overall I was very happy with how everything turned out. However, one of the avocados that I paid for as an add on had a huge black spot through the middle that i couldn't even salvage it, so that wasn't so great. But I will def try them again.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Each place tends to make the salads different sizes, but this one makes them big and full. Great deal for the money. Everything is very fresh and tasty. The line moved right along, there was hardly any wait.
