After reading all of the reviews about this place,like the food is cold,the place is dirty etc,etc. I still decided to take my two boy's ages 9 and 11 from Austin. The food was good and hot and the place was not like people described it to be. My boy's loved it and so did i. It is a bit pricey though, but other than that it was great. I will take my boy's again. Don't always go by what people post. I'm sure they did experience some of the negative,but I'm glad my family and I didn't.
We had my son's 12th birthday party at Incredible Pizza and the pricing and packages are awesome! I compared prices with a few other places around San Antonio and Incredible Pizza was the best "bang" for your buck. We had the party on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy but not packed so our time was enjoyable in the arcade and lines for the attractions were minimal. Our son and guests had an Incredible time (pun intended) and I would recommend for any parent looking for an easy, decent priced, fun party! Kudos to our hostess! She was helpful and really engaged with our birthday boy & guests. I am very happy with our experience at Incredible Pizza!

I visited this place while on vacation with my kids. They had a blast. The games aren't overpriced and there was enough to do for my 3 and 9yr old. I was sad expecting to eat pizza. But I had a salad, nachos, baked chicken, mixed veggies and a taco. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the food options.
First time here and not only was the food very good!! But the attractions and the staff were very helpful, especially Aliana who helps me get my game card set to my desired amount.. Definitely thinking of doing my daughter's birthday here!
Lots of different food to choose from, not the best quality. Definitely a quantity over quality place. The food area is a little dated but very clean. The workers aren't the happiest but they definitely are working and are attentive. They helped us whenever something went wrong and always gave us back whatever we lost in tickets or coins and even more. The game area is awesome.

Came to celebrate Memorial Day, because of my uncle, father n law, my wives uncles who also served. Thanks to them we can have the freedom to earn a good job and enjoy our freedom in AMERICA. We had fun for half the day. Good service, good staff, and good food. Clean rest rooms. Plenty of food n soda. Thank you very much. 😊/ 👍👍...
I read the reviews after booking both of my kids birthday parties and hoped for the best. Thankfully everything went as planned. Their pizza is good. The buffet options were good as well, we all enjoyed making Frito pies. It does get busy due to this I’m glad we booked our room to ensure our party dined together. The host was very tentative , offered to bring whole pizzas and pitchers of drinks. He helped pass out cake and kept our area clean. The game room was lots of fun and kids were able to enjoy attractions as well as playing games. I would definitely recommend and hope this fair review will give others peace of mind.
This was our first time going. It was a bit out the way, but my girls loved it. We have a 9, 4, and 1 year old, and all had fun. The pizza was yummy, I was not a fan of the tacos, but they had lots of food to pick from and great great options.
Our first time at incredible pizza. It was great the food was fresh, the rides and the arcades were all working. The restrooms were clean too, which is always a plus. The service was awesome as well. Hopefully we can have our son's birthday here next year! Definitely coming back for some good food and great fun.
We went to a birthday party and it was incredible. The buffet was well stocked, fresh, and delicious. There was plenty to choose from even for those who didn't want pizza. The game room was huge, with lots of games. With games, go carts, bumper cars, and laser tag, there is something for everyone. They were well staffed and clean even though they were packed. We will definitely be back!

I’ve got to say I was impressed with our team outing. The food was not that bad for a buffet, the chicken taco meat was delicious and the mashed potatoes and rice were good in the buffet. Hot dogs and pizza tasted like any other buffet which is ok. They have a bunch of selections of soft drinks. They don’t have alcoholic drinks 🍹 my office was bummed about that lol. The games were fun and reasonably priced a $35 dollar game card on a Saturday night lasted a good while till about closing time which is 10pm on a Saturday, thought it was a bit too early but it’s cool. The one ride that’ spins and throws you around is super fun and is quite quick. The go karts we’re a reasonable speed. They don’t look fast seeing them but being in the car it’s good enough. The laser tag is ok and the the prizes are reasonable to achieve and get cool ones. Overall not bad experience here, even though it’s quite far from Stone Oak, we didn’t mind having our team event here!
Fun way to spend our Sunday afternoon. Food was better than expected with a good variety. Good value for what you get. We enjoyed the laser tag, go karts and bumper cars for attractions and played out our $25 arcade cards.
This place was awesome! The food was delicious! And the atmosphere was amazing! We had a lot of fun!

The pizza was good. The rest of the buffet was meh. I did enjoy the atmosphere and all the activities available. The price was good for the entertainment. I would definitely go back. Plus my kids loved it. There was even a tiny attraction section for small rides for younger kids with plenty of stuff.
