Hidden gem inside the Alley on Bitters. Locally sourced ingredients. Everything we ordered tasted amazing! Great patio as well with warmers outside for cold days. Our server Kelsey was excellent. Will definitely be back.

A wonderful meal! It’s not Denny’s quality food so don’t expect Dennys quality prices. Budget $25/head. But man- it’s worth it!!! The special hash browns are awesome, my wife had the jalapeno biscuit that was as big as a tea saucer, the bacon was the nice meaty thick stuff. Even the coffee is tasty & good (I roast my own beans so a bit of a coffee snob). Very nice inside, drive ‘round back.

Meadow has a special place in my heart, it has become a frequent favorite. Something about a locally owned, family oriented, ambient eatery that puts so much thought and care into curating and preparing their menu is touching and I wish there were more. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the food is mouthwatering, and the cinnamon rolls on Sunday are heavenly in addition to great coffee. Inside or on the Patio, I never feel rushed, it is relaxed and it is a great place to go with a friend, lover or the whole family to enjoy a well rounded experience. Thank you Meadow family 💕

Im a little confused about this restaurant. I used to go to the same place, but it was sometimes called "555" and I like it. Now, it's called MEADOW, and I don't have strong opinions. When we came, hostage had little trashes looks but was friendly. The choice of dishes was limited, and we just ordered what we thought would be good. Portions are small but tastes ok. Most of the staff was covered in tattoos and not very elegant clothes. I would next time pick another restaurant.

First time being here last night. The best cocktail I’ve had in a long time was the marTEAni. Incredibly unique and only $10 for something that obviously had a lot of work put into it. John our server was professional and kind and let my wife and I enjoy ourselves and seemed to know exactly when to provide service. Put a 3 for atmosphere as the white lighting in the ceiling felt a bit like a hospital and was highly reflective off my glasses. But the food, location, and service are 100% bringing us back.

The food and wait staff here are some of the best we’ve experienced in San Antonio since moving here from a larger city with a world-class food scene. The cabbage pancake was so creative and delicious! The cocktails, corn fritters, pizza and fried chicken were flawless as well. My only critique would be with the atmosphere. We were there for dinner and the abundance of overhead LED lights creates a very sterile, cold feeling that’s not in keeping with the quality of the food and service. Some warmer overhead lighting and candles on the tables would make a huge difference.

Excellent service from the host, and wait staff. Multiple people pitched in to help with any needs we had and especially our waitress Belle. Food was delicious, served very hot straight from the grill. Mimosas were served with fresh juice and will definitely return.

The food and the atmosphere are very good. I came last for a late dinner and it was fantastic. The flavors are on point. I ate some of the best grits I have ever had. We ate out on the patio by choice and it was nice. I have come for lunch and the burger is delicious! Everything is fresh and flavorful! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food with good flavor. The portions are decent as well. The restaurant is all the way in the back of the parking complex, don't get discouraged but you won't see it from the street.

We've been here so many different times and each time I never quite made it to write a review. We've had great experiences from pre-pabdemic to restaurant weeks and regular date nights. During the pandemic, we've enjoyed the outdoor seating area particularly and last night, the outdoor heater kept us warm. We were in time to enjoy some happy hour drinks - I had the Madras which included vodka from the menu and my husband had the Old Fashioned. He had the apple salad and we shared the Rabbit Rillettes which was pate with mustard. That was delicious! For the entrees, I had the pork chop which was slightly on the dry side and my husband had the phenomenal roasted monkfish. I had a bite and it was cooked perfectly. We finished the meal with the apple terrine with butterscotch ice cream which was a great way to end the meal. If you're looking for consistent food quality and great service, stop by here to check it out.
