This is a small hidden away place so glad we found it. This place has great food and wonderful service. If anyone reads this review you should really try this place. If I ever come back to San Antonio I'm definitely coming here again

They serve classic San Antonio Tex-Mex/ Northern Mexico food. I've been eating here for years and the food has always been delicious. My favorite is the enchiladas verdes de pollo. The menu has a good selection of bistek (steak), chicken, and shrimp dishes
They ran out of pezole which is my usual favorite but I had the menudo and wow was that good! Kinda glad to try something different! Everything was delicious and they give you plenty of salsa. Nice snacks to pick from too.

Very good food. This place has been here for over 10 years. Lots of seating. Clean restrooms. Wait staff is a little slow. Lunch specials. Homemade Tex mex. 9.00 for a Mexican plate. Tea not included. Big open floor plan. One cashier at the front . You have to stand in line to pay. Lots of parking.

Had the Beef Quesadilla plate and my wife tried the Jalisco Buritto plate. Both were excellent in taste and decent portions for the price. Staff was friendly and busy. Nice lunch atmosphere. I would be coming here again soon.
Lively atmosphere with super quick service, and no not so expensive menu. The cashier is my favoriteā¦ his speed to checkout.
