This place has the best burgers and fries! If you have never had an In-N-Out Burger I urge you to go ahead and give it a try! The burgers are always super juicy and the fries are always crispy. The restaurant itself is kept very clean and the staff is very fast when preparing the orders. I cant recommend this place enough!

So this In & Out Burger πŸ” Spot was constantly busy with walk ins & drive πŸš— through services.......✨️ Plenty of people eating and drinking plus making orders togo!! πŸ˜ƒ I had a Double Double with Fries plus a Strawberry πŸ“ Shake!! Everything was freshly made as I waited & I decided to dine in too. I ate outside in the outdoor area πŸ˜‹ Quick and Happy Courteous Service inside this refreshing change of pace from Fast Food joints!!πŸ€—πŸ˜ Quality Burger πŸ” with the fixings along with fries and yummy shake 🍨

Delicious as usual. Fresh potatoes, fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes. Nice buns. Not so secret menu. Ambiance casual, service is good, friendly. Could be faster, but they move it right along. Yes, I'm from California. Does that make me biased? I plead the fifth on that one. I would like to believe that no matter where I was born, I would still be team In & Out given the gun test over Whataburger. Then again, why not both? Why am I holding out on that extra star? Still wish they could somehow make the lines even shorter. They know they're always busy. So let's keep up with the demand, folks!

As a Californian, I visited this in-n-out because I was visiting my family in San Antonio. I must say, I’ve never seen in-n-out empty, as in California it’s always busy. However their food passed my test, it tastes like home 100%. The employers are very friendly and kind, thank you for making those great food and hit home for me as a Californian lol. I love the shirt so damn much! Well worth it, under $20.

I stopped for just a burger. No onion, with lettuce and tomato, and sauce. It was just that. A very good burger. Now, if it had Green Chile, it would have been perfect. But, is anything really perfect. I don't think so.

Can’t go wrong with their burgers and fries. We had to stop by while we were in town.

For what it is, this is a solid experience. They have a stellar service standard that puts McDonald's to shame. The food is consistent. It's always clean. Along with many people, I'm not a big fan of their fries; they are weirdly cardboard-like (I've read it's because they do not soak them for hours before cooking like other places do, which removes the starch) and cut thin so that they get cold too fast. But the burgers are good, with a satisfying crispy toasted edge on the buns. Animal style is a treat--with both the burgers and the fries.

In and out burger NEEDS to be the ONE and only example of excellency in all areas of the food industry. Not only do they serve great food, but what make me go back is the EMPLOYEES. How they greet, treat, and serve you is the reason why I go back. The restaurants are impeccable in all areas of cleanliness, from the parking to the bathroom, even the air conditioning return and diffuser are clean, take example from the pros food industry, you have a lot to learn from in and out πŸ”, I HAVE SPOKEN!

Lexi was outstanding. She was on point with her customer service attributes. Very friendly and a beautiful smile. The protein style double-double was so tasty and the burger was just so much better than what a burger. The atmosphere was clean and efficient by the whole team.

This place was packed. It's in a rather unfortunate location, you cannot turn into the place if you're heading West toward 281, there's a stupid barrier there brought to you by the geniuses at TxDOT, but let's get to the food. I first tried In-N-Out when they came to town and opened their first location in Whataburger town off IH-35; it was horrible. The burger lacked flavor, the fries were so horrible I wanted to bury them in the yard with some moth balls. Two or three years later I tried this new location - I wasn't brave enough to try the fries again (they cut them fresh but don't fry them twice, that's why they can't hold a candle to other establishments) - but the burger I had was worlds better than the one I had at the other location when they first entered the market. I really want to dock one star because they don't offer mayonnaise on their burgers, they have something else that's like a sandwich spread, but if that's their gimmick I tried it and it wasn't bad. Long review cut short: If you are stuck at this nightmare intersection of horrible infrastructure planning and happen to be hungry, spend 10 minutes at that horrid intersection and make your way to this restauraunt tucked away on a plot of land that never should've been developed. The burgers are good and they sell cool T-shirts.

I am a hamburger lover but I like specific things some people don't. I like thin patties and fresh veggies. In-n-Out does this. The buns are like soft clouds. Delish! But the fries are a bit of a disappointment. They are just like Whataburger, ultra thin and cold after 5 minutes or less. Why can't anyone cut a fry that is somewhat larger and thicker (akin to a steak fry)? More potato, stays hot longer. Yes, fewer fries but the quality is so much better. This burger is much like P. Terry's. I like it, too. After being a Whataburger "mascot" for 50 years, I no longer buy them. The burgers look like after they are made, they get run over by a tire in the to-go lane. I love In-n-Out's Fluffy buns!

Once again In n Out did not disappoint. There is one employee that really stood out. His name is Jorge Miguel. He was so polite and personable. Watching him interact with all the customers in the dining area was a refreshing site from such a young man.

I came here on April 24 and had the number 3. The burger was good and the homemade fries were awesome. As for the inside of the restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly and nice.

A must if you are from Texas and you are used to Whataburger. Order animal style and thank me later.

The food is ok. I was expecting more but after our visit the food is nothing to drive across town for. All the empty tables had to be cleaned and were disgusting. Order for 4 hamburgers and 4 fries took 20 minutes.

This is the only fast food restaurant I have ever been to that I can give 5 stars to. Fries are handcut in each store, burgers are cooked to order. No frozen patties microwaved, sitting in a warmer for half the day. Ordering fries animal style is where it is at.

Love In & Out! Always good always fresh and a great value. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better classic cheese burger.
