Thank you, wonderful employee at Salata Quarry Village II!!! I ordered my salad to the wrong Salata without enough time to go to the other one and get back to work... you rushed me through the line, took down my confirmation number and promised to call for a refund at the other Salata. Salata salads are amazing, their staff is even more so!!
I freaking loved this place! I can't wait to go back. The two guys that got my salad together were cool. The view was awesome. The salad was delicious. I appreciated the amount of veggies & the size of the chicken. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
My first time being there & I really like the selection. The service was really good. The only suggestion I would have is don't hurry the customer to make a quick selection so the line can move quicker. I know everyone is at lunch & we only have 30 minutes or so but it is just a suggestion LOL. I will come back most definitely!❤️
My daughter and I had a lovely late lunch there on Saturday. Everything was super fresh. There were so many items to choose from. From greens to veggies to meats to fruits, nuts, bread, dressings. You name it, they had it. Healthy and filling in a relaxed and clean atmosphere. Staff was friendly, helpful, and hardworking.

I anxiously awaited the opening of Salata and I have not been disappointed. I have been to the Quarry location twice and loved it both times! I highly recommend it.
It was my first visit and will definitely be back. Everything looked great. All staff was attentive and took care of us in a reasonable time period. Overlooking a golf course. So the views were amazing.
This place is Great!! I loved it. Aaron, the head Chef was very informative and welcoming.
I love there food! So delicious! Can't wait to take my family to check it out soon!

Salata is incredible and I've been patiently waiting for The Quarry location to open since work so close... I visited them tonight courtesy of Camp Gladiator, and the entire staff was friendly from start to finish! Great experience, Salata and so happy for your grand opening :)
It's been awhile since I have been on my old stomping grounds! Food was great! Ingredients fresh & constant! Tomato Basil soup was amazing as always, even in the summer time, try it with croutons! The restaurant is cool and relaxing! Definitely recommend! A bit pricey for salads, but worth the treat! Service was ok, not much of a greet, not many smiles.
I give very few places 5 stars but I have to give Salata the full 5. I've been craving that salad ever since I tried it two weeks ago and I simply haven't had the chance to go back. But I absolutely will. I LOVED the whole setup, from the helpful and attentive staff to the layout of the dining area to the delicious assortment of ingredients and dressings. The ginger lime vinaigrette is the stuff of dreams! I had plump, juicy blueberries, abundant blue cheese crumbles, nuts, perfectly washed spinach, Herb marinated chicken, cucumber, and a whole lot more! I feel like such a fool but having tried this place. Easily one of the best news places I've tried in the last decade and it's been around the corner from me for years! The multigrain roll is also really tasty. I messed up and added the steak also. It was really tasty, but the salad didn't need two proteins. Truly a wonderful place where I felt full but not gross. The tea was fantastic also!

Today for lunch my coworker and I ordered from this location. I order the same wrap almost every time and it is always sooo good. But todays quality was so poor. I received a wrap almost filled with nothing! :( Usually my wraps are hapretty filled like my the photo of my friends wrap. I have not called the restaurant because this was my birthday reward I redeemed and I figure it was free! But a really disappointing birthday reward it actually was. I definitely did eat the wrap because I was so looking forward to it and am a 38 week pregnant hungry mom!

Thank you Edward for the multiple attempts to contact me and resolve this. There are new hires and they are being trained. My birthday reward was added back to my account to be used again. I will mention if you eat Salata and are not a part of the rewards program, DO IT! I sincerely appreciate it and the customer service you have given me!!

10/10 taste. This is my new healthy eating spot as I struggle with finding healthy food that I enjoy. I wish there were more locations throughout San Antonio — place one of these in or by one of the military bases and you’ll never go out of business

I apologize for the melodrama, but this place deserves to grab your attention. Healthy, fast, delicious. Check, check, yum. Order the large, pay ~ $15 for roughly three meals worth of food. Rinse and repeat. Worth every penny.

I love Salata, and I always have a great experience when I come, but last night the person helping me did not add any dressing into my salad. The salad tasted like lettuce. It was absolutely gross. I had asked her if I could try other dressings because I always get the avocado jalapeño ranch, and she let me try the chipotle and the tomato basil. Then she said her favorite was to mix all of those three. I kindly acquiesced to her recommendation and told her she could mix them. Well, I guess between her recommending and my kids telling them what they wanted next to me, who had waited patiently for me at the front of the line, to me asking for shrimp, she forgot to add the dressings, left my salad dry, and I bet she didn’t even know it! The salad had zero taste. If she did add dressing, the mixtures were a fail, or she didn’t put enough. What a disaster trying a bland salad that had no significant taste but tasted like nothing. My Avocado Ranch always taste amazing. Anyways, my dog, Sugar Rush, loved it, so it wasn’t total money in the trash. I’ll keep coming, and they honestly always leave me super happy each time, but this experience was awful for me. I didn’t have dinner. Do watch them to assure they don’t forget or to make sure they add enough; otherwise, Salata deserves a rating of a 5.
I added pictures from a visit post the last review one. I also changed the rating. It’s a great place, prices are reasonable for all the ingredients you get, and the views are nice if you sit by the back window. The help is great also.
Great value 👏, excellent food. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are passionate about working here. You can customize your food. The place is always clean. Staff recommended different options. Definitely coming back!

First time I've ever visited any location and I'll definitely be back. I was in town visiting my sister and she took me here. This place is amazing. Great service with super fresh food and plenty of choices. It was absolutely delicious and enough to eat on multiple meals.
Salata is really good just gotta pick out some of the bad lettuce! Gotta watch out how much dressing you put on your salad some have 30-50 fat grams per serving! I choose the red vinegar
I eat here at the least 3 times a week. It’s my Go-to spot. I love the range of options they have and thE changing monthly veggie! The staff here is the nicest out of the two locations and I travel farther just to come here. The range of salad dressings you won’t find anywhere else and they are delicious. This is NOT at all like a Souper Salad, you don’t make your own. Which I like the thought of gloved hands preparing my food as opposed to many unclean hands. So if you don’t like it, that’s operator error you choose what goes in it.
It's only a salad. NO IT'S NOT!! Great place to get a healthy meal. You can turn salads into wraps and the are amazing! I only gave 4 stars because the military discount was only $1.00. Definitely returning.

Not a fan of lettuce so the baby spinach base is really nice and the variety of toppings and proteins, yum!
It was good. Lots of choices to select from for salad topping. Parking was adequate during non-peak hours.
Saw the 90/100 health score and double guessed myself. I’m use to almost every place being 95 or above so was surprised to see this low in this area of town. Staff were all amazing. Fast. Courtesy. Friendly. Polite. Professional. Eating area was very clean. Music is a perfect volume. Food wise every ingredient tasted fresh and good. Staff handled long line like Chik fila! Very good.
