The food was served quickly, friendly server! Temperature was good.
Came here for dinner and ordered multiple appetizers... all were good, and very filling! The new Coconut on the Mind drink was very Good! Our server JoJo was Great! Helped me on how to order the loaded wings and super nice!

Service was great, everyone was really nice and had great customer service. Food was good and plentiful. We we're touring San Antonio and we might come back again on or next visit to town.

We had the best waiter. His name was Patrick. He really good with kids. My daughter ate her whole burger. The chef was nice and came to talk to us too. Love it we will return. We are locals
This became my favorite lunch while I was at training. The staff was super friendly, the lunch prices are great and the food was delivered hot fresh and quick. Love the half sandwich and soup deal.
Note !!!! I found out from some staff members from Hooters they talk to some mangers from Chilis on the river walk in the beginning of October when they were closed an doing some cleaning out stuff on the restaurant an they said they were not going to never open again they been closed in mid March an have them clean out the restaurant an there was no need to pay rent if they can't open with 75% of crowd so Chilis as for now will not open again if something comes up later in time so if you want to eat at Chilis don't bother to come it will be closed for good just want you people to know what going on with Chilis downtown on the river center mall.
UPDATED Dec. 9 2020 Chilis that use to be on the river walk is now empty Chilis did not renew there lease as of October 2020 due to covid - 19 so long to Chilis it was nice to have you downtown but now you're time has ended in 2020 pictures update
Food was great. Great scenery of the Riverwalk if you sit outside. The employees were very nice and helpful. I will definitely eat here again!
Great place to stop in and have a great meal! Friendly staff makes the dinning experience even better. You have to try the Honey-Chipotle Crispers & Waffles! OMG, it's soooo good! This is a great place for a night out!
Always a fun time walking down the riverwalk! We ordered at the food court at the mall, and ate outside. Great atmosphere, very few people (it was a Monday night btw). Next time we'll do the boat tours. 😊

One word Erica is awesome. Now u may have to pay more for better service. So we are tourist from Houston. She handled our party of two get plan worked. We started at Saltgrass. Hardrock Cafe. All disappoints. We walked more than 4miles today. She ended our evening with a great meal that i give 4 in a half stars i can only speak for my plates. We had such an exhausting day. When the food finally arrived most meals were to go. I sat and ate my food. What a lot for 14.99 plus i got a cup of soup. Chicken Enchilada with melted cheese. The tortilla chips did taste a lil stale is all.

Food will always be good so I rate customer service and the night bartender on Aug 7th did an outstanding job with so many guests.we were happy with service.always coming by asking if we were ok on a busy night.

Chilis never disappoints me!!! 😍 no matter what city I go to the food is always perfect! Warm delicious and the server is always friendly and quick. I am a rewards member which I encourage everyone to be and I always get free desserts, chips and salsa or drinks! This one is on the river walk and it was very packed but the service and the timing of everything didn't change and it was an awesome dinner that we had!😁
This is by far the best Chilli's I have been to. The hostess was super upbeat and friendly, my waiter was kind and took her time speaking with me despite it being busy. Also, my order was made wrong ( my mistake) but the cook personally came out to apologize and deliver it! World class customer experience and the best experience I've ever had!!!
We have had some bad experiences with Chili's in the past(not this one) and were pleasantly surprised at how incredible our service was and how good the food was. If I could remember our waitresses name I would put it in my review, but she did an amazing job and was given a well deserving tip. Next time I'm in the area looking for good service and a bite to eat, better believe this place will be on my list to visit.
