Big Red bubble tea was delicious only if you like sweet drinks. Barbacoa pho was out of this world and the noodles tasted homemade, delicate but perfect. My son had the Omnien Ramen with pork broth and pork belly, fish cakes and soft boiled egg added flavor and texture to the meal. Sushimi was fresh and tasty and vietnamese spring rolls were nice and crispy and the Tempura shrimp appetizer was perfectly fried, light and full of flavor and the sauce was spicy but very good. We definitely will be back, especially since they are open until 1am on weekends. Forgot to add that you can dine with a Panda if you choose

This place is fantastic! My husband and I went there last night while we were in town for the weekend and it was by far the best place we ate at. I'm not very adventurous wth food but the Ramen my husband ordered and the sushi I ordered were all amazing. I can't believe we've never heard of this place before. This will definitely become a regular stop whenever we're in town. The service was really good too. The guy who took care of us was super nice and was very kind to me in explaining what some of the things were. Service like this is not everywhere (thumbs up).

Wow!! Just wow!! Walked in on a Tuesday night at 8pm; they were on a wait!! First thought, "What the hell is going on in here?!? Must be good!!" Menu has a awesome variety of extra special twists on traditional favorites; ramen noodles, Pho, Thai, egg rolls, sushi!! You name it, it was on the menu and everything that I tasted and personally ordered was spectacular!! Even my son was saying how we need to eat there more often! I had to remind him that we lived in Converse, but you know what?? I'll make that drive ANY day!! Five Stars and then some!!

Interesting place for Ramen noodles. Competitive pricing for add ins that were still fresh. I look forward to going back and try other things on the menu. Our waitress seemed preoccupied and had trouble getting our orders correct.

Loved this Mexican fusion pho. I tried the Panda Pho (substituted the meatball with barbacoa). It was really flavorful. The barbacoa flavor mixed well with the broth. Great for younger crowds living in the med center or couples trying to explore something new for a date night.

This was my first experience with Vietnamese platter and it was refreshing. Having such a great food joint near one's workplace and/home is great. I had tried both take-away and dine-in options here. For multiple dine-in,once I had Chicken Pho which came with rice noodles and chicken in broth topped with fresh cilantro brunches and sliced red onion rings; I had Pho with crunchy sprouts, hot slices of jalapeños and sliced limes. The Pho made me so full !! But was tasty, lighter and refreshing. The crispy dumplings were good, be it pork or chicken and one must have it with the hot sauce (orange color). I tried Tempura Shrimp once - it came with sweet and sticky rice topped with 5-6 fried large shrimps and 2 vegetable crispy dumplings. Chamomile tea after such dinner was just wonderful. Once I picked up Chicken Pho and Chateu Ramen - the noodles/ramen + chicken + cilantro + onion all were packed in one bowl and the broth came in a different bowl. They have a bar too. End of the week and weekends remain pretty crowded here and one may have to wait 30-40 minutes to get a table. Staffs are good, cordial, attentive and serve well.

I love ramen and you can probably tell from some of my posts but there nothing better than the OG from Japan. However, since I am now here in San Antonio, I try to check out some of the local ラメンや ramen shops and I just tried the Angry Hakkasan ramen and it was delicious and I ordered them with extra chashu because why not???... The broth was rich and tasteful and had all the right ingredients like the shitake mushroom. So no complaints about the 🍜.. my only issue was the dumplings!!! The menu has them as "dumplings" instead of gyoza 🥟, that was a clue already that it wouldn't be cooked the way I like it. Sure enough, it was fried instead of the typical seared and steamed. So, again, no complaints about the taste but it is not the same to as I am used too. Anyways, you guys should definitely try this place and they have bobba and other stuffs in the menu...

Overall a good experience and food. Pork belly on hakkasan ramen is the best I've ever had and ramen is top 4. Eggrolls are good. Coffee milk tea is mid. Really wish they didn't use crushed ice. Boba wasn't fresh, so soggy with that hard center. Waited a long time for everything, especially for it not to be busy.

Seriously the best food in the area. Had ramen, pho, boba tea, appetizers here. It all slapped harder than anything I've had in the state of Texas. I love it here. Super nice staff. Cool merch. Cool grocery area. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

If you love craft ramen, don't hesitate to check this place out! The food is incredible, the staff are friendly, the only downside is the atmosphere. Let's get this out of the way, it's in a medical center just across from UT Health Science Campus, and it's not the kind of place you'd want to hang out. If this place were at the Rim, you'd be waiting 45 minutes for a table. Now, the food I ordered is the Drunken Vietnamese Ramen. Japanese ramen meets Vietnamese bun bo hue (spicy pork, chicken, & shrimp broth), smoked brisket, shrimp, corn, scallion, bean sprouts, & purple onion). I also tried the Barbacoa Rice Bowl, which includes chipotle mayo, cilantro, purple onion, and limes. My wife got the Brisket Pho. The pictures don't do this place justice. The food is incredible. I'll definitely be going out of my way to come here more often.
