My son didn't want cake or cupcakes for his birthday, so he requested a cookie cake. I was able to order it as soon as they opened, and it was ready within 2 hrs for pickup. Cookie was delicious. There are several downsides I work 12 to 9 they open from 12 to 9. So I had to try to find someone willing to go to the mall the day before Christmas Eve to pick it up. That is the second downfall it was in the mall, so I had to find parking and walk through the mall. Last, it is on the pricey side, but for my son's birthday, it was worth it
Best cookie cake ever!!!! The colors are freaking awesome and the service of the ladies whom were there just perfect!!! They were so nice and were making the cookie when I got there. The experience is top of the line when they make you feel so comfortable!!! Next cookie cake is coming from the the Great American Cookies shop!!!! Amazed with the service they provided and skills

There’s nothing like taking a bite out of a heavenly chewy chocolate chip cookie with an ice cold drink on the side after a long day of shopping (especially with kids!) Original chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal and raisin, seasonal red velvet and gingerbread cookies. Whatever your heart desires - this GAC has it! I’m a regular at this location. I sometimes drive from the far west side when I have a craving. So delicious and always fresh. Employees are attentive and happy to help. Keep it up!
Kids and us like the cookies from here. They are always fresh and taste great with some different flavors that you won't get a lot of places. The cookies are a little expensive but for a little treat sometimes it is fun to get their buy 5 get one free. And they have a flavor that everyone will probably like. Never tried their large cookies.
Their cookies are normally fresh and they are normally friendly. Last time there was a wait but the mall’s AC was out and I don’t blame them for moving slow in that heat! However, I used to be an asst. manager at one of these and the display is pretty messed up. If you only have a small tray to put the brownies out, don’t put all the brownies on them and have them hanging over the edge, it looks really bad. Also because all your brownie trays were packed and put out in one big block, I imagine people didn’t think they were good. Try spacing them apart by putting only a few on one tray (giving the illusion that people have purchased some without making it look empty at all! Our location did three by two or two by one depending on the tray size; really pretty/organized set up for brownies) just a helpful tip.
The cookies are very delicious from here. It's nice to be about to add a drink on for only .99 cents. However, I wasn't very happy the girl ripped me off a few dollars and I had to ask for it to be corrected.
On 12/20/19, stopped by to get a cola and for a large one for $1.07. You cant beat the price. Looooovvvvee it and would be going back to any of there locations for that price.
