Usually the food and service is great. But today the wait of two hours at least. New Years orders are insane. I heard their about to stop taking order.....I'm waiting it out to hear my order be called.
Sara was so awesome to get our order right especially without feeling rushed. Which is always amazing. The food had a wait that came out earlier than mentioned, definitely worth the wait. Will be back soon.
This review is mostly for Mia (manager) and Jackie (cashier) they were so polite and understanding of my situation! I called the store to make sure my order was correct due to my previous order that was incorrect I know mistakes happen especially during a rush so I didn’t mind especially since it was going to be redelivered by door dash, When I called I got greeted so nicely by Jackie and she listened to what was going on and then got someone to help me which was her manager mia, she did apologize for the mistake & read my order again and told me it was on the way through door dash. I really appreciate you MIA & JACKIE <3

This location was nice. Clean. Amazing juicy wings. The soda area wasn't all sticky and the staff was attentive.
This was my first time trying wings stop, and I have to stay the staff was really friendly and shout out to the gentleman Tony who recommended me mango habanero! It was the taste I was looking for ! Definitely will come back
Whoever was cooking up the food today was in a great mood because when I received my food from Uber the food was delicious everything wings were sauced up fries not soggy everything was hot and fresh 10/10 if I could Tip the person who made the food today around 12pm-1 I woulddddd
Food and experience was awesome! When I arrived to pick up my order I was told my order was running 10 min behind; which was completely understandable since I did have special instructions for my order. I was very happy with the communication from that staff and even more happy with the customer service, I was offered a beverage while I waited or extra dipping sauce to take home. Overall the experience was very considerate and the food is always phenomenal from this location.
Service is a little slow due to staffing shortages, but food is always good, just order ahead with lots of time on busy days.
