This is by far one of the best places to eat. I came here for the buffet.
I have traveled a lot and continue to do so and I'm ashamed to have barely found this today.
The food was incredible, not just for Pakistani, Indian or fusion but as just great amazing food.
The place has a nice quiet atmosphere, the hostess was very kind and attentive.
Will make sure to bring my friends here so they can savor this with me next time.
Thank you for an amazing food experience.
Absolutely loved this place. Every single dish was off the hook. I honestly felt so happy that i found this gem place. Every bite hits home.
Pure pakistani taste and proper blend of spices. Highly recommended.
Went here for the first time and ended up enjoying it more than I thought I would. People were very friendly and courteous. The dining area is spacious with lots of seats and table. The buffet have lots of options from various Indian/Pakistani meats, rice, vegetables, sauces, and bread. Definitely coming next time I feel very hungry.
Lots of flavor without being overwhelming, the buffet at Fusion was unexpectedly delightful. Butter chicken, biryani, okra all had a slow, deep burn, balanced by rice and fresh naan. The mango dessert was one of best finishes to a buffet that I've experienced. Two drinks, buffets and tip for $30, well worth it. We will be back!
Flavor of flavor! Amazing Pakistani food from my experience. Most of the Dishes they serve only at fusion restaurant not other restaurants in San Antonio . Such as Paya Karahi chicken, Nihari. Restaurant is clean and good service as well
Never disappoints us, this is the best Pakistani / Indian Buffet in town. I would rather say only place in San Antonio!
Dec. 2022: While cleaning out this week, I found a San Antonio unused gift card we bought from Costco and decided to use it.
We thought to try @fusionfoodsa which was Pakistani/Indian restaurant in the Fredericksburg North plaza. They had a buffet for about $17. My husband and I did the buffet since we can eat some spicy food. We ordered Butter Chicken and Samosas for Dad for the non-spicy option. My husband and I both had the Mango Lassi.
For the thumbs up, the food with the buffet was very good. Not sure what all the names of the dishes were. There was tendon that was very tender. Might have been goat. The Mango Delight dessert was yummy and Mohammed said it was ok for Dad to have some even though he didn't get the buffet. The thumbs down part is that they didn't end up having the Samosas which we found out 30 minutes later and the Butter Chicken came out as we were done eating. Mixed review really. Can't tell you if the chicken was good or not since we took it home.
If it says anything about authenticity though, we were the only non-Pakistani/Indian patron there.
My experience is pretty good, we took dinner buffet and absolutely loved 70% of those items. It’s my first buffet ever, but I guess they should re consider the dessert item, which is basically melted mango ice cream with few fruits on it.
Their behavior is so humble and nice! All the staffs are very polite, but there is one more thing. They don’t include any soft beverages but they don’t mention it earlier. You have to buy coke/sprite separately. But they include tea which I loved!
We stopped by here after 6 flags and cannot recommend it enough!! My husband tried the buffet which had a great variety but did not sacrifice quality. He especially loved the chicken karahi. My friend got the veggie pizza while I got the supreme, the portion size was huge, not greasy and had flavorful toppings. It was great to be able to have halal beef sausage among other meat toppings. The ambience was great, not noisy and a great place to relax after a tiring day. The customer service was the highlight, they’re super kind, attentive and Faisal even let us try the Falooda shots with homemade ice creams! We got the mango, pistachio and rose and would come back just for that!

Absolutely fantastic Pakistani/Indian restaurant, with lovely and attentive staff.
We made our way over for the weekend brunch buffet and it was absolutely incredible. Fresh naan constantly rolling out, and a simple but delicious variety of dishes to choose from.
The stands outs were the slow cooked beef and the chickpeas. The beef was very tender and juicy, while the chickpeas were full of spice and flavor. In fact, every dish was incredibly seasoned. It is a bit heavy, with a healthy amount of turmeric and other spices that definitely give it a kick. If you like your spice, this place is a must try.
The staff were also absolutely incredible. The chef and other staff members regularly came to our table to see how the food was, and if we needed any more fresh naan or anything else. They were super friendly and happy to explain the dishes and what they consisted of.
They also have a few vegan options. They are not plentiful, but the ones they have are fantastic. There were chickpeas, potatoes, smashed sweet potato with sugar and different breads.
Overall, amazing Pakistani/Indian restaurant! Their regular menu also has tons of other options, including pizza, chicken, and Indian dishes.
