This place is great! The big guy with the dreads hooked me up and helped me with an issue with the app. It was just the phone acting up. Anyways he helped me and I am very satisfied with the excellent service!! 11/10 experience! Would definitely recommend!
Recently had a few experiences with other Sonic locations that left a less than desirable taste in my mouth. Came to this location twice recently after the other locations in the area, and I have to say....this is the only one I'll be coming to now! Matt has been who took my order and brought my food out to me both times, and he was extremely polite and friendly, as well as making sure everything I ordered was included! This shouldn't seem like a big thing, but taking into account my experiences at the other locations...it was really nice to get fantastic service again! Thank you, Matt!
Manager working Sunday around 1-2pm he was super nice and resolved an issue I had a week ago with no hesitation. Customer service was great.
I was here 3 weeks ago, there was only 2 employees the time we went. The gentleman that took our order was very polite and did his best. Though they were out of the slushie I wanted and we're unable to substitute cheddar cheese for a softer cheese, I gave them five stars because of the employee's sincerity.
Staff is super friendly and food is decent.
