Personnel is very sweet (Karina was extra pleasant with me today). The cafe is closed for dine-in/walk-in and doesn’t have order ahead option, only the drive through and the line sometimes is getting too long. The beverages and food are good as always.
Great way to start your mornings! Great coffee , great environment. I went through the drive thru line and even tho it wrapped around the store it went by super quick. Felt like I was in a short line. The person at the window was really nice and that's something that can cheer up anyone morning if it started off wrong.
This Starbucks is the best for miles and miles. Always friendly service, always get our drinks right, never an issue. There is usually a pretty long line but the parking lot is very accommodating, not cramped like most other tiny Starbucks’ lots, and the great service is worth waiting for.
OMG if all Starbucks employees made there drinks like they do here it would be amazing and I’ll be completely broke 😂 they know how to make there drinks I stop by every time we visit my in laws
I purchased the Nitro Cold Brew with sweet cream and it tasted really good. The Drive Thru was fast, and the employees were curtious. I will return in the future and I recommend for others to try.
Poor people, the sheer volume of orders this morning looks overwhelming. Certainly not deserving of any rude comments. Keep working hard! Maybe Leon Springs will open another some time soon. My heart goes out to those that come to work amid the pandemic and angry consumers.
It's Starbucks! Usually great service and variety for a chain is pretty good. Only thing don't like is the tip question when paying.
I go to every starbucks I find and this is one of the Best ones here in town. I want to commend each employee with their smile and wonderful customer service. Leslie is one of my favorites. She is always so professional and sweet every single time I am in the drive thru. It just makes my day. I go a few times a week and i love the quick service..love the drinks..love the food. The starbucks overlooks the hwy. Recommend a visit.
Very fast service, best blonde latte I've had in a while. The environment was very chill, location was very clean.
Employees are always nice. It is always packed at this location but the employees look to be working very hard and get drinks out in timely manner. Probably don’t go if you’re in a hurry. Drinks come out just as you order them I’ve never had an issue.
I need to start by saying I’m a Starbucks addict. This is a great location and the staff are so kind. However, it is so busy that if you do not plan ahead of time you can wait in the drive through for upwards of 30 minutes. I’ve never had any issues getting a bad order. Yes, I know I can order ahead of time but the line inside can often be just as long.
They do often run out of some pastries and other items because they are such a busy location. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stop.
This was hands down the best trip to Starbucks I've ever had! The team members in the drive-thru this morning were cheerful, kind, warm, and superb! From being greeted with a beautiful voice singing to welcome me, until I got my delicious coffee at the window, it was truly a great experience! They really brightened my day!
Went through the drive thru, staff were very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business. Keep up the good work guy, your doing a great job 👍
