Food is good. Place maintains clean. You can see the lack of enthusiasm or energy in every single one of the employees. It's sad. Other than that, it's a pretty nice location and food is done very much to Taco Bell standards.
Gave a 5 cuz the cashier Martina was the best provided awesome customer service better than I’ve seen in a long time. She was so nice just when giving me my food had to give her a shout out. It’s hard to come across someone who’s still actually nice at their job when it comes to customer service but
Kentucky is always good. I've been favoriting this brand over other well known places. The chicken pieces are smaller other places have bigger pieces but its all in the seasoning. Plus they have specials for $5 & other good deals.
Finally a fast food restaurant that understands cross contamination. One window taking card and not touching second window delivering food and drink in container. Mostly all are taking money and giving out condiments and food from same window and same person. Wrong, wrong way to do it. Way to go KFC
