I don't like that they changed the onion rings from flaky to smooth. But chicken sandwiches are good but no tarter sauce.

Was good they messed up on my order. I called and addressed the problem and Ms step was great. We are all human and we all make mistakes it's how people choose to respond is what makes a bad experience. I will definitely go back and hopefully Ms Stephanie is there so she can take my order ✌️
I live in Balcones Heights and I used to go to the Fred's Fish on Bandera Rd. I quit going there because they were very stingy with their condiments like lemon,ketchup, and mayonnaise so I. So I quit going there and change over to the one on Culebra close to St.Mary University, So got on the phone
It was all good ...kind of hidden next to a car wash if you blink you may miss is .. all the employees where helpful especially the cook. Thank you gals God bless hope business gets better.
Other locations are better. Step it up y'all.
