I love this place I turned my daughter onto this place and she's turned several of her friends on to this place and it's absolutely wonderful fish, always fresh
The Fishland Fish Market is great. We got a lot of food for a reasonable price and it was fresh. The service was great and I will be returning soon....

My first visit and the food was great. Came by for lunch and had the 4 piece catfish. Perfectly cooked with light corn meal. I got the hushpuppies instead of fries, very tasty. Looking forward to returning and trying the oysters.
The catfish was awesome, light on the cornmeal which I prefer. Daughter said wings were great as were fries. Good amount of fresh food made to order and hot for very reasonable prices. Family of 4 ate for $20.

Very good fish & shrimp. Clean restaurant, clean if not spotless open kitchen. Large portion, perfectly cooked, fresh. Service good! Cant beleive I never heard af this place, very well kept secret of 9 yrs. Fantastic!!!
Very good catfish and calamari. Excellent crispy crust on the fish. Restaurant is very clean and service is good. The prices are very reasonably priced. Especially the Family orders. Definitely will be back to try the Drum.
Prices were great. Selection was also. Shrimp had a good flavor, slightly overcooked. Calamari had a great flavor, but the batter was to heavy. The red snapper was really good also. French fries are just crinkle fries. Not a big place, but clean. Food is fresh, and I enjoyed that. I would come back to try other items.
The bomb! The medium shrimp and red fish dinner plates were delicious. They accept snap benefits on raw fish ordered and by req can fry for free, great selection of drinks in cooler case. Nice mom and pop operation. We were too hungry to take pics beforehand bit will return.
Best Fried Food Around. My girlfriend had me try this place a few years ago. She is from San Antonio and I live in East Texas, I ask her to bring me fried catfish and shrimp from there whenever she visits. I don't care if it's soggy by the time I get it. It is delicious! Of course it's much better hot and fresh from the fryer, but I'll settle for anything from there. There is something to be said about their corn meal breading, it has the right ratio of salt and seasoning. I also know for a fact that they change their oil everyday and that they regularly get between a 97-100 on their health code. I don't know about ya'll, but that is something to be proud of these days!
Fresh!!. Great quality fast food is hard to come by. I know it's fried but it's so good and it's fresh!! I love the red snapper and the fried oysters. You really get a lot of food for the price! :) It's more of a take out place but they have some small tables. Call ahead to order because it gets really busy.
Wonderful experience they accommodate you and very homelike feeling I have been here twice this month and them taken food stamps to feed my family was a blessing. I love this place I will always come back. You can sit and eat there tables and all and wonderful experience they are very pleasant folks with fast customer service and I felt very good.
Ask for fries crispy if you don’t live close.

The food was hot, fresh & tasted good (maybe more seasoning) the only thing was the size & price which was something I wasn't expecting. Granted it was my first time but will come back & try other things.

The fish market is back!!! The Asian people have returned and the one guy who was working the register running the place is gone. Food is great like it always was. The phone got answered like it used to and my order was ready when arrived been eating here for years they had a short period of bad service and that period is over with. Thank God if you haven’t been here you need to get here Asap it’s the best fish in my city if you ask me
Change happens but their food always satisfies. We drive from across town for it as often as we can. Affordable, flavorful and hot. Wait time is a bit much but when you are in high demand… that’s expected.
The catfish and shrimp is very delicious! They have regular sized shrimp and big shrimp. Good prices, great service and clean and nice restaurant.
Just moved here from GA and today will be my 3rd day in a row eating here good prices and I love the shrimp and fry combo. If you ever come here close to closing hours you’ll probably run into me

Delicious fried fish and shrimp. Thin crunchy breading. The same owners have been here for years and they are respectful and courteous. The inside could be a little more tidy, especially the restroom area but overall great service and even better food!
The best seafood around and so fresh. You can't best the family meal prices. Very friendly service.
