Bill Miller you have done it again. We wanted tamales this year and decided to give you a shot (based on the incredible breakfast tacos you make) Well, you have knocked it out of the park! Best tamale we've eaten all season. Swear!! The only other tamales we've eaten better than yours are from My Mother in law. My sisters and I were speculating that you must have hired native San Antonio grandmas to make them. They were so good!! Please do this again next year and PLEASE keep your incredible price!
No waiting at all we get our food right away very friendly workers and there so helpful makes you wanna go back more
Quick Service Great Tasting Food,I love their Fried chicken.
I Love Their Food That's Why We Go All The Time. Employees & Mr. Olivarez Are Always Very Friendly & Smiles on Their Faces.
I was skeptical about buying tamales but, oh my God, they're GOOD!
We love Bill Miller's people that work there are very nice very clean restaurant and food is always very good
This is an outstanding Bill Miller; Hey, for you history buffs, this is the location of the original Bill Miller restaurant. This is where the empire began! The fried chicken is still the best and pieces are larger than KFC, Church's or Popeyes! Wash it down with a tall ice tea! Enjoy!
I have to say I am impressed with THIS location. After having bad experiences at other nearby locations we decided to stop in for breakfast with a fair amount of trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with our experience. The service was first rate as was the preparation of our order. The dining room was really clean. This is what I remember Bill Miller's being about. I'm going to guess it is attributed to good management. This will be our go to location from here on.
This location was busy at dinner time, but both dinning and take out registers were fully staffed and kept up filling food orders in a very efficient and organized manner. I ordered fried chicken and it was very fresh and nice and hot "temperature wise". Kudos to staff and management at this location.
The employees at Bill Miller's were very friendly and the food was awesome also the tea wasn't too sweet
New Bill Miller location visited, same great breakfast tacos and friendly service you get at all locations! Always impressed with how quickly they move the morning drive-thru lines. Great job 👏 👍 👌 🙌
Bill Miller’s BBQ is nothing if not consistent. And the fried chicken is good. Never greasy and always tasty, the chicken was plump and juicy. Where it lacks in seasoning, it makes up in texture and crispy crust.
The fries are consistently good if you like steak fries. And I will eat the jalepenos by themselves, they’re so good. Overall a solid, affordable fried chicken option. My only issue is with the service. This is the “original” location. In quotation marks because the original building was replaced by this one, but I digress. The service is not consistent here. The use of the kiosk is helpful, but when I had questions, finding someone was like trying to find the popular toy on Black Friday. When I did find someone, he was less than enthusiastic to help. In fact, he seemed like we were a bother. Service means a great deal. Thank shouldn’t be forgotten.
Food is so good I had the vegetable beef soup it was so good people are very friendly and the service is outstsnding! My family and I have been eating there fr years!
Bill millers, is one of my favorite places at list once or twice I visit and have my favorite 2 piece chicken and fries and best of all fresh sweet tea with extra ice.. always a clean place and very respectful employees.. great job guys..
I brought my niece here for dinner since I’m exploring San Antonio. She told me her fiancé didn’t think the food was that great, I’m glad we stopped in anyways because I had a wonderful meal. Food here is served cafeteria style and the barbecue was wonderful.
Line is always long, but to me, that means my food is always fresh. Worth the wait, especially if you have a craving.
my sister and her friend enjoyed the food I only ordered the pecan pie which was good and fries. I had been to two other bill miller bbq on s zarzamora and commerce usually have great service there at s zarzamora but must of been an off week chicken sandwich was dry and hard couldn't even chew it seemed like it had been under a heat lamp all day. First they gave us the chicken fried steak sandwich we ordered 3 we had to send them all back then we got the chicken sandwiches it seemed like they gave us the oldest chicken in the place. One sandwich had a piece the size of a chicken tender. We sent it back they seemed annoyed said they'd make a fresh one which they did my grandson and I ate the old dry ones and my daughter got the fresh one. The majority of the fries were hard too. The best thing was the pecan pie. I told my daughter scratch off bill miller because with fast food prices these days I can't afford to get old food. I will not be eating anything there again. Maybe just the pie this place use to be so good always made sure to stop by whenever I was in town. So when my sister's friend invited us out to eat she chose bill miller I didn't want to seem rude and not order anything so that's why i stuck to the pecan pie and fries because the pie was the only good thing from my visit at s zarzamora. I gave 5 stars only because of the pie and staff place was clean too music was a little too loud. Didn't review a. zarzamora because there's no place to mark no stars
Made a quick stop here on my way out of San Antonio, their breakfast brisket tacos And egg, bacon and cheese tacos we're delicious, perfect portions for the prices they charge.
There's only one thing to say bill Miller's will always be and always has been the best restaurant to eat at I do miss it solely because of the fact that I no longer live in San Antonio, But every time I do go there this is the first place I stop for their pecan pie any kind of pie they have they're poor boy plus and brisket plate you can never go wrong with bill Miller it's too bad bill Millis is not willing to expand their area to Arizona hint hint wink wink because I do know they read the reviews hopefully they will read this I'm more than willing to run their store for them if they allow me I do have the experience hint hint once again if you expand to Arizona You would dominate here in Arizona because you guys are the best barbecue restaurant in the world to me at least
