I went through the Whataburger drive thru today and ordered lunch for me and an office mate. The lady at the window repeated my order correctly. When I got to the office, my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. So I called Whataburger expecting that I would be offered a free chicken sandwich on my next visit. TO MY SURPRISE AND AMAZEMENT, Whataburger offered to bring my sandwich to my office. I'm am so impressed. The point I walked away from this experience is that people make mistakes. It's how you deal with those mistakes that really separates a good company from a GREAT COMPANY. Great job Whataburger. I'm a big fan. ���
Never have i had any issues at this location although it seems after Chicago investors bought them out things are going downhill. The regular Whataburger seemed smaller than before.
Manager Gabriel is very helpful and nice. Made sure the fries are fresh. She is out front talking to customers and ensuring a good customer experience
Leighton provided excellent customer. I had very specific order for my burgers, since my kids are a little picky. However, to my surprise, everything was correct and tasted absolutely perfect
The patty melt is my new favorite burger. 😍 with the whataburger app it's easy to earn and use rewards. The curbside delivery is on time everytime.
The cheddar biscuit had much less jalapeño flavor/heat than i remembered. My coffee suffered a similar lack of heat. Warm, but not HOT
I ordered a WB with grilled onions lite mustard I get home the WB is all wrong. Spoke with Chris and he fixed my burger perfectly. Made the best burger I’ve had at this whataburger in a very long time. Awesome customer service!!
Fries and gravy were immaculate, 11/10, they filled the gravy up to the very top which is rare. Nice employees, and the lobby was clean. Parking is less to be desired.

Awesome service and great burgers and fries. Had the chili burger. Amazing.
We went and enjoyed a burger tonight and it was very good for one. Secondly Ray the cashier was the best cashier I have seen in some time. His respect and exceptional customer service was top notch. This is a rare trait now days and he should be thanked and recognized.
Even when busy, the service is quick; their employees are great!
