These five stars are solely for the employee named Sophia. Grabbed dinner for my family through the drive-through tonight and she was such a delight I don’t even get this type of service at nice dine in restaurants! Food was good to!
I went through the drive-through and received a crunch wrap and a side of KFC coleslaw. The workers were very friendly (had big smiles), did not have much of a wait. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and will go there more often.
Yesterday night, I was exhausted and my friend said to pick up Taco bell to share. I dont eat Taco Bell so I didnt know their system. I must have miscommunicated and the staffs were incredibly friendly and few fast foods have staffs that at least smiles. But I misordered and they all helped resolve my issue. But thank you those who worked 7/13 at night almost closing. Food was great as we closed the night with our gaming session.
Perfect night experience employees were very pleasant the food was prepared excellent we went back the very next day it was a very good p.m. experience thank you Taco
It was quiet no other customers in the store. Service was good. A little expensive for what I ordered.

I do Drive Thru. I've been eating the Crunchy Tacos for decades. I love 'em. Now the KFC there has Chicken Nuggets which I am loving, too. So my new order is 3 Crunchy Tacos and 5 or 8 KFC Chicken Nuggets. Sometimes I'll have a few nuggets left for a later snack or I'll share with my 105# dog...lol. I see by the menu that there are alot of other foods that sound good, but I'm like this at a restaurant, too. When I have found what I like I do check over the menu of everything and then order my regular meals....lol. I do have to say that I have been impressed by the staff service at the window. They have all been polite and professional which sure means even more when we are tired and really hungry. I think our Taco Bell/KFC is doing a good job whether I've gone by day or night.
I know San Antonio is known for good Mexican food and I partake regularly at those establishments. But, I actually like Taco Bell too. The cashier was friendly. In my accompanying photo, do you think she is sending a subliminal message? I guess not since I'm at least 50 years older than she.
I had 2 crunchy tacos, 1 bean burrito and iced tea. It was good.

Or is it named differently I assumed it was the beefy melt burrito but when I seen it had rice and lettuce it threw me off. Anywho thank you for your service on this beautiful Easter Sunday !! It's Taco Bell, it's what you expect but the staff works quick and is extremely friendly.
I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because it's the only one that actually gets my order right. Everyone's usually very nice and I get out of there fast

I was on my motorcycle going through the drive thru. The lady that helped me was outstanding in customer service. I believe her name was Victoria and was wearing an arm sling. She offered me water while I waited and its like she read my mind cuz I was so thirsty. She was very personable and gave me the best service I've ever had from someone in R&L foods. She needs an employee review and given a raise. (Don't lose her management)
Drive thru was friendly, fast, and food was hot and delicious...and I ear! I ordered tacos, burrito, and also a chicken pot pie. Delicious. Crust was crispy and golden tasty.
Really slow here today waited at least 20 minutes to get food 😒
Usually disappointed... this time not. Was greeted and served quickly and even told goodbye when we left. They were busy through drive through and we were the only ones eating inside on a Friday night, dinner time.
