Awesome customer service. Always fast and never have to wait. The food is always fresh and hot.
Pretty good Sonic in my opinion, but they need to hire more people, and raise prices if needed to pay the extra people. We waited 20 min for our food after ordering at the drive up. Hardly "fast food". Maybe more like "medium speed food". The food was still tasty though, which is why they get 4 stars.
Maybe they should just have touch screen ordering outside so you don't have to fart around talking to someone over a busted microphone where the person is always like "sorry what did you say?" That person can just focus on making food etc instead of talking to people.
I have never actually seen people at a sonic truly hustle before. These people are literally power-walking/running orders out while also taking orders on headsets. There was a little wait for food, but I've waited so much longer at a fully staffed sonic with very few customers. Im pretty sure there are 2-3 people working the whole store on 10/2/2023 at 3:30pm. They are obviously looking for staff, as hiring signs are everywhere, but this sonic gets it.
They always get my order correct and stsff is always friendly. Food is fresh and hot and love the iced coffee, especially the route 44 size which is the most coffe you will get for the money.
Had a bumpy start with an order mix up the night before but, Diane made it right the next morning.
Diane is Amazing, toke care of the customer and really went above and beyond. It was not her fault but she fixed it.
I went to this sonic today for a quick bite to eat and Carly helped me. She had great customer service and her and her team got my food out to me in literally less than 60 seconds and it was piping hot. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. I’ll be sure to be back at this location!
Staff is incredible. Always courteous and professional. Carly, Dani, Sarah, Gianna, Rylee, Micaela, Rachel, Christy and Eric are awesome! Other Sonics should send their new hires here. Great atmosphere and the and employees are always friendly and enthusiastic.
One of our favorite family places to go for ice cream and drinks! Our favorites are the Oreo blast, strawberry sundae, hot fudge sundae, and limeade. For food, we like corn dogs, chili cheese footlong, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Sonic also has the best ice!
We visited this Sonic for the 1st time always order the same thing every Tuesday it's a tradition. This location was great. The tea was spot on and the pretzels perfect and hot. Great quick friendly customer service.

I want to say that I have never received excellent customer service like I did tonight at this location! Wow! As a manager of a retail store I want to congratulate their management team and their employees for their excellent customer service. As soon as I drove up to the drive through, it was a very pleasant experience. The young lady on the intercom was so attentive and so patient, so well mannered. As I drove forward to receive my food, a young man came out, repeated my order and handled everything to me with such care and attentiveness he even game me a coupon for a free Ice cream cone because of the long wait, which in reality was not bad at all because I am already expecting to wait at every single sonic which I do not mind if receiving this type of service and the wait was not even long! I am impressed with this location and will be returning soon! Thank you for making this experience so delightful after having a long day at work.
