“Shift Manager” Payton told me not to come back to the store. Apparently she didn’t like me questioning at 6:20am why the doors were locked and I was forced to pick up my online order in the drive thru that was full. Made me 15 min late to work. GREAT SERVICE! this isn’t the first time either.

I placed a mobile order this morning (2/28/22) for pick up. When I arrived to pick up, the lobby was closed with a small sign on the door stating so. By this time I had already parked and walk to the door and was then able to read this sign and a line of over five cars had accumulated.
I was unable to wait in this drive through line which is why I planned ahead and ordered through the app for pick up. This feature should have been turned off, which I know is possible because I have intentionally skipped out on locations that could not handle the volume at the time and turned off mobile ordering which I could have done today.
I called a few times with the phone line giving a busy signal which is expected because it was ~7am and busy. On the third try, an employee answered and I explained to her that I was unable to wait in the drive through and if a refund could be provided.
She advised me that a refund could only be accomplished in store and unfortunately the lobby is closed and I would have to return when the lobby is open to request a refund.
It was a nightmare trying to get out of the parking lot once parked because the line was now wrapped around the building and blocking all of the parking spots.
I try my hardest to visit local coffee shops when ever possible but unfortunately most of them in the downtown area don’t up until 8am.

Ladies working there are awesome very friendly definitely know there regular customers and if they don’t definitely make u feel like a regular it’s a Saturday morning and these ladies made my day at 7:35 am lol thank you ladies just by hearing you greet customers has brighten my Day !!!

Good service. Friendly and helpful employees. Inconsiderate customers; particularly two young women who always use the handicap parking even when other spaces are available.

Oscar was making the drinks and he was amazing guy who customer service is amazing and generous he the kind of people that should definitely be a up management and he will someday I see it very good location top tier employees at this location I’m very happy to say great Starbucks here !

Bad set up this location always busy and the parking lot traffic is bad. I can never get out of my parking spot. 😒 pack your patience if you go to this location.
