I used the drive thru and ordered some food for my wife, but, unfortunately they were out of what I had ordered. They said it would take 11-12 minutes to prepare my order. So I paid and waited in the parking lot area. And sure enough, the order was ready just like they said! Good job!
service was average, but the Chicken was the smallest and least appetizing I have seen from any fast food place. I am done with KFC this is the 3rd time in a row with lousy food. KFC used to be a guaranteed win but not any more.
Drive-thru on weekends after 9pm have a very bad customers service and not to much selection of items, not good for family dinners went you are passing by San Antonio. Cashiers are rude and if you complain food quality can be worst.
Placed an order for pick up, walked in the restaurant gave my name and I was told the order had already been picked up. After multiple minutes of me trying to explain through my frustration an employee finally said let’s just remake it. They remade the whole order and threw in some cookies
Will not be going again. Been to this kfc 5 times and not a good experience even once. The chicken is very salty not fresh, not crispy enough, it barley feels warm. The chicken pieces seem to be very small compared to other places and competitors, less meat. Not worth the money 👎
