My husband and I used to order from this place all the time especially with delivery. Their pizzas were always very good and the service has always been great! My complaint is for the store located at 15045 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247. I was yelled at by the manager for not parking in the spaces in front of the store for pick-up. I tried to tell her the spaces were full because only two existed. The only ones left were 4 marked for handicap

2 pizzas with hardly any sauce on them. Worst pizza I've ever had. Wife and kids waited for it. The kids wouldn't even eat it. Also one of the employees in there was just staring at her with a mean face. Waste of time and money.

The staff was very rude, they sent my pizza to the house twice and they insisted they were at the right house even tho they clearly weren't and I had to walk to the end of our very long street in 100 degree weather. Burned pizza. Made my jaw hurt from chewing it. Geez this place can’t do anything right. Edit: went back the next week with the photo and they gave me store credit. Either way, check your order before you leave the store or accept it at your door!

The wings I ordered were not garlic parmesan. They were plain fried and then there was some cheesy sauce in the container. Also looks like container was dropped because sauce was at top inside of container. Usually orders are perfect but very surprised at this mess up.
