The donuts at Dunkin' are fine, although not as good as they used to be. The two stars are for the donuts, though. We thought we'd give their coffee one more try, which was a huge mistake. The "blended" drink (if they remember you wanted it blended) was full of ice chunks. The cappuccino tasted burn
Drinks always taste a little bit off at this location. The donuts are good if you get them before noon.
Extremely poor service. My mother and aunt (both senior citizens). Went through the drive-through today and had me on Bluetooth. A gentleman took their order. He said they could not refill a mug due to Covid but they would give the discount. He also mentioned an iced coffee which they corrected him
Second edit - went in today to grab a coffee and there is a dehumidifier to ensure product quality. When talking to the manager they said they would do it to prevent melty gross donuts, and they followed through!!
