Just spent $40 and highly upset that all 5 of my sandwiches had cold, watery eggs and cold soft bacon and cold cheese. I am hoping that my family does not get sick from this undercooked food. I already drove too far out to turn back. They also charged me $1.60 for whip cream and a small cup of water. I’ve never had a Dunkin charge me for whip on a coolatta. Thanks for wasting my time, money and making my stomach ache.

Decided to give them another try since they were offering some Halloween donuts and showed to have pink donuts with sprinkles which are a must for my toddler. Well, disappointed yet again. All the Donuts seemed to be a day old and the pink donuts came with chocolate sprinkles which was not what I was expecting. The maple snack bacon was delicious. I did the app order which was so easy. Definitely do not recommend.

The donuts at Dunkin' are fine, although not as good as they used to be. The two stars are for the donuts, though. We thought we'd give their coffee one more try, which was a huge mistake. The "blended" drink (if they remember you wanted it blended) was full of ice chunks. The cappuccino tasted burnt and acidic. My husband drinks gas station coffee sometimes and he won't even finish this Dunkin cappuccino. Maybe it's just this particular location? It's too bad Dunkin is pushing so heavily toward being a coffee shop; they used to do donuts so well!

Drinks always taste a little bit off at this location. The donuts are good if you get them before noon.

Extremely poor service. My mother and aunt (both senior citizens). Went through the drive-through today and had me on Bluetooth. A gentleman took their order. He said they could not refill a mug due to Covid but they would give the discount. He also mentioned an iced coffee which they corrected him and said no they did not want an iced coffee. They went through the drive-through to pay and a woman who worked there repeated the order which was wrong and said that they agreed to order the iced coffee which they did not. The lady said she asked and repeated the order which was a bunch of bull because it was a gentleman who took the order. She continued to argue about the price of coffee. She said they would have to charge them the full price due to Covid which was not what the gentleman told them. My mom asked for a manager and the lady said she was the manager at the TPC location. My mother asked for a refund because they kept going on and on. I can’t believe what poor customer service!!! Then the MANAGER and the guy were LAUGHING!!! Do not go to this location!!! I read some of the other reviews and I’m not surprised. Horrible customer service!

Second edit - went in today to grab a coffee and there is a dehumidifier to ensure product quality. When talking to the manager they said they would do it to prevent melty gross donuts, and they followed through!!
EDIT-submitted a survey through the information on the receipt, I got an excellent response from the operations manager with the Franchising Group. Their response and attention to customer concerns is enough for me to raise this review by a few stars. Hopefully the consistency of product and service will return to the excellent quality level it was when the location first opened.
After taking 15 minutes to get 2 iced coffees (receipt stamped at 332, coffee in hand at 347) this is the "Boston creme" donut I get when I get to the car. Drive the extra few miles and go to the far superior locations at 1604/Bulverde

Haven't visited this location due to the vast improvement in quality of the other Dunkin on Bulverde road. However, my previous visits were kind of a toss-up every time to see if my order would be done correctly. Never had an issue with the employees, in fact they seemed pretty cheerful on most occasions. Drinks would vary greatly in quality, and likewise the food aspect: sometimes burned, sometimes still cold. Can't say I'd visit again soon, but I do hope to see this Dunkin improve.
