It was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. The young lady who attended me was very patient and helpful. I purchased the cheesecake fantasy which was very delicious.

Never order cake in this store.... I ordered mine 3 days in advance, and they didn't make my cake on time.... I had a birthday party without a cake😪 because of them, poor mykids asking for a cake 🎂

I ordered and paid for a cake. I was told 24 hrs. Went back the next day, it wasn't ready. I was informed the manager left and the cake never set. I'm still waiting for my refund. It has been a week.

Walked in at noon, April 21, 2022. Was greeted with a friendly "hello". Then we waited as one employee continued to cut brownies and the other two were visiting with a guy at the registered. Giving this place a 1 star because i could not get help by the store employee due to the fact that she was busy on a personal phone call talking about her friends baby daddy! I dont know what type of business this place is running but personal cell phone use while on the clock should be a coachable

A bit pricey for ice cream but that's why it's a treat 😊 my favorite is the cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker and berries mixed in it! Yum!! Kaylee was the sweetest part of my visit👏🙌

Second time coming to this location in 2 weeks and they do not have half of the ingredients to make any of the signature ice cream flavors. I asked for a certain size and they said they don't have enough ice cream to make it that size but they can make the smallest size available and they do not hav

I love their ice cream. It's really good and creamy. I get the love it with French vanilla and oreos or half French vanilla and half coffee with oreos.
