went through drive thru to pick up some lunch and when i get handed my bag i look inside and and my burger is warpped half out the wrapper. evidently this is a task too difficult for some. I maybe wrong but would you eat something given to you like that ??? anyway great customer service MCDONALD'S I'm definitely coming back here . shame on me for not bringing my own lunch

5 people in lobby waiting too order employee made sure they got the door Dash ready before it's even acknowledged person at the counter doordash sat there until I left the store so she made me wait to prep food for somebody that wasn't even here before she even acknowledged me so if you order doordash from this place it's sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes on top of being robbed when I finally got my drink ordered a large filled it up with a medium amount

This has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The service is horrible. Waited 35 minutes to order without any acknowledgment finally had to ask for a manager. Nobody was working in the front counter taking orders they were only doing phone orders. I was told by the store manager if I wanted to order I had to order through the phone app. Guy in front of me waited 40 minutes for a coffee. Would never come back to this one ever again. store manager has no control over her employees.

Best value as always but I was not made feel welcome ad the Barton rd store in GRATO makes me feel every time I go there.

I’ve never seen a dirtier McDonald’s. The windows, the garbages overflowing at 9 am on a Sunday. The bathrooms were horrible. I’ve used rest stops and porta potties cleaner than this. The smell was atrocious. The rings inside the toilets was clear evidence they had not been cleaned in weeks. My food was not edible. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s this bad before.

We went their to get breakfast burritos. The drive thru was so packed that we had to actually wait on Redlands Blvd. For the drive thru line to shorten up. But for the most part our drive thru experience was uneventful. I would go back their again.

The service was horrible. The people at the window had no idea what there doing. When I asked about something the response was they didn't know the menu because they are not out there. My food was just thrown in the bag my food wasn't rapped right and my hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag. They didn't give me what I order correctly I was missing food I will never go to that McDonald's store again.

I always have problems with this mcdonalds, but this was too annoying. I drove into the drive believing that all the lights being on and the fact I got there before their closing time meant they were open, I was wrong. I went into the drive through, and I saw that there was a cone in one of the lanes, which usually means that that lane is closed, I drove all the way in to see that they put a cone in both lanes. Why couldnt they put the cones at the front so I could have assumed they were closed and not drove all the way in and now try and back out. Someone else tried pulling in behind me, probably because the time and lights being on, and I had to wait for them to get the point that I couldnt go forward for them to realize they needed to back up. They seriously couldnt have put the cones in the front.
