Orderes 4 pizzas online and when i went to pick up they said they needed my conf receipt to give me my order. When i showed it to them they didnt even have it ready they were barely gonna start to make it. What was a 15 minute pick up turned out to be over 1hr wait
They are packed and I am thinking kindness is the key younger employees and longer wait time no peperoni pizza ready to go at night
The foods always goid qulity but i should not have to walk in & order because they never answer the phone to take a phone order. I dont like waiting becuase they dont ever answer the in coming calls
I called and placed an order for pickup..My call was answered on the second ring and the girl that answered was so helpful and patient and my order was ready within 15 minutes!! Thank youuuu .
Pizza, wings & bread sticks are good. Always fast service. The area looks rugged but never had a problem.
There are very polite people working inside and also outside they have a respectable security guard that makes people feel really comfortable while getting back into your vehicle 👍👌 THANKS PRONTOS
Roger and Gerald are very accommodating, super attentive. We love getting pizza from prontos :) Thank you Pronto pizza and thank you Roger and Gerald for always being friendly to us.

Horrible service i came in at 835 and wanted to place and order and the gentle man said oh we out of pizzas and we ain't making anymore but the second i leave i see him hand another lady 3 pizzas and i have had issues with the gentle man I mind and was also very rude over the phone once like he didn
