I went last night to grab some grub with my buddies. The employees were not organized or efficient. We waited 5 minutes at the register before someone came to attend us. We ordered 2 popcorn chicken boxes and verified the order with the employee. Yet when we got the receipt they only charged us for

We went through the drive thru. And expected our food would be hot. But it wasn't. And we waited much longer than expected. No plastic ware. No napkins. No straws for our drinks. I gave them 3 stars. Witch was a lil to much. Don't think we will be going back. Sorry Jack in the crack.

Went through drive thru after getting out of work and ordered went to the window no communication what's so ever not even saying how much the payment was and didn't even tell us which drink was which I had to ask for my receipt and gave us no straws. They need better communication here....

I have been to this place TWICE. TWICE. And the first time, it was Cash only. The second time, it was only Door dash orders. Needless to say, we didn't get any food. I love Jack In The Box but this restaurant is horrible.

The self-service soda machine was not working but the cashier was more than happy to fill my drink reqjest from behind the counter. The chicken crunch sandwich was very good albeit sloppy! And the fries were outstanding.

Got home and seen I had the wrong order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a burger instead. Night shift is a joke how you get the drink right but the sandwich wrong I almost feel it was done on purpose.
