I was going to give a five-star rating to this place due to the good customer service nice and clean but after requesting a refill I changed my mind to 3 stars the reason is the person who refill my drink put her fingers inside my cup even though they wearing gloves but those gloves have touched money and many other things due to covid-19 they should more cautions especially other Carl's Jr provide you with new cups in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.. his management needs to change the way they proceed what refills they need to stop being cheap. This place makes enough money plus it is a tax deductible anyways why they are been in cheap. Lack of training or what? I end up throwing up my refill instead .. I don't recommend getting refills on this fast food restaurant.. until they change their way of handling refills... New cups should be provide to everyone who request refills to prevent the spread of coronavirus... It is a health concern I wonder how did they pass the food cards handling or when was the last time they got inspection on food handling

Love their western burger/ double or triple, super star burger, jalapeno poppers, chicken strip tenders with their hot honey sauce, and their avocado burger.
Love this spot because we can always count on them being open and delivering good fast food.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS THEN I WOULD. I’ve been to this location twice and they were completely rude and got my order wrong. When I called to talk to management about my missing items “Emery” who answered the phone, told me “well I don’t know what to tell you about that..” WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT & then when I spoke to shift leader “Alicia” I was told management wasn’t in and will be in tomorrow if I wanna go in and talk but nothing could be done about my problem today & wouldn’t even give me a time. I asked for them to take my name and number down so management could call me and they refused and said “come tomorrow” UNACCEPTABLE. NO REFUND OR ANYTHING DONE ABOUT MY MISSING ITEMS. I paid over 50$ for my order and didn’t even receive it all. This is NOT okay and I will NEVER go back to this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE EVERYTIME IVE BEEN THERE.

Very good, it was all hot and delicious 😋. I love their Big Hamburger, I hope they never change it. Next time I want to try their 🥓 and swiss crispy Chicken sandwich. 😋

Wasn't a pleasant experience. A homeless person was sitting in front of the menu screen then they didn't have any deals was pretty expensive for just a combo.

So this is my dbl western cheese burger. One and a half onion rings and asked for extra sauce. Not at all what I was expecting. Also they are always out of something🤷♂️.

Worst place ever slow service and didn’t give me all my food missing two Frys and even tho I asked for no cheese and no lettuce they still put cheese that place needs to be restaffed asap

Workers just get more sloppy previous month I was at the drive-thru no acknowledgement pulled up to the window they look at me from afar and continue to talk to each other and it's not like if I know them for them to have some type of resentment I thought it was beyond disrespectfully rude whoever is managing should be maintaining their position!
