They need to better train employees to able to handle mass orders. It seems like they lose it a little when the place gets packed.
Be prepared to wait. Ordered my mobile order drink at 8:43am. Didn’t get my drink until 8:55am. Line up wasn’t even long. And the sticker for my mobile drink wasn’t even on there. -_____-

We used to come here all the time but the customer service has gone down the drain. We order our coffee and do curbside but we are so tired of waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get our coffee. We brought this up and the response we got was when we are busy we have to tend to the customers in the store. I
