One of my favorite places to hang out along the boardwalk. Fun people watching spot. Fun atmosphere, good music often playing. Unfortunately, the service can be spotty, especially if you're sitting in the tall chairs along the north end of the beach house by the stage. Even though the bartender claims that the server checks on people sitting there, my experience is that she does not. So I have to walk to the bar to get a drink. Drinks are a little pricey but that's typical for beachfront businesses.

What a great find on the beach! We had a large party (13 people). We got there just after opening. We were all seated with no crowd. The waitresses took our orders & got our appetizers and water quickly. Food came out hot & fresh. Delicious guacamole & chips. Overall excellent experience and atmosphere for our party of 13.

We didn't eat. We had some drinks. This is a phenomenal place to sit and watch the people and the waves.

We’ve been coming here since it was the Wave House. Still wish they kept that name. Anyways great spot and probably on the best people watching spots in Mission/Pacific. Love the big chairs and it’s a cool spot to just waste a day. Music is always going and it’s overall a really good vibe. Bartenders here are great. We used to come in weekly and hang out. Bartenders here have always been great and we never had a bad experience here. Not the cheapest place in town but pretty standard anywhere you go on the beach to eat and drink. Definitely worth it.

$10 house margaritas were on point the table side guacamole 🥑 and chips were great. The music and atmosphere was chill. We had Megan as a server and she was excellent.

Great venue for live music. Drove from L.A. and saw Hawaii's very own "The Green" perform and had a great time meeting many beautiful people and lots of smiling faces. I will defintely be back for another show real soon. This place does not disappoint at all..

I came here for the fortunate youth concert and was NOT disappointed at all. I sat in the Adirondack's by the main bar and watched the sunset by the ocean to a reggae show. I'm pretty sure I was living the dream in That moment. You won't find a better place to enjoy a show. You will find a better marg though. Unless it was related to the event. I was excited to try the mango marg but all I could find was basic margs with grocery store mix. The tacos were fricken bomb though. All in all, I had such a relaxed, low-key small venue concert experience and I really hope this is a thing more often at this venue. But with better margaritas lol. PS. You could easily watch the show for free from the beach, as evidenced by everyone doing that in my videos. 🤫

Was here a couple of weeks ago with a few friends. I can not say much about this place because all I had is a beer! It is right on the Broadwalk, very spacious with cool outdoor lounge chairs and spacious seating areas. The service was absolutely a no go for me because ever since we sat down until we left no body swung by to service us. A friend of mine had to walk to the bar to grab drinks for us. Even when she was up at the bar took them a while to even help her. It was slow when we were there so I m not sure how attentive they will be during busy hours! I gave them a 4 because I like the atmosphere, location and it has my beer.

Vegan ceviche was good even though it was pretty sour. Abuelita cake was different than your typical chocolate cake, and it wasn't too sweet. We enjoyed this delicious food with a glass of virgin Mai Thai. Service can be spotty as tables are all over the place, and the staff is shuffling to do their best. It was a chill Saturday afternoon.

We got to see Claude Von Stroke here and it's the best venue. The view is amazing but I feel like the people on the beach had just as much fun as us for free. It's nice because you can go in and out of the venue and grab food or a sweater and come back in. Staff and security did what they do like they should.

Service was great, and the conversation was interesting. No food consumed this visit but it has always been good in the past. Sitting with your feet in the sand is the most relaxing feeling. Go, experience, and enjoy.

Huge thanks to the Beach House team for handling the Rusty x Sk8Mafia x Padres party group on Saturday. It was my first time here but it definitely won't be my last. It's a big party atmosphere here, almost day club like if we have those here in SD like LV. I wouldn't bring a date here for an intimate dinner and sunset on the beach but I would bring a date here to party, dance and drink with sand all over our feet if that makes sense. Service was great, especially considering we had probably thirty people asking for 1942 and another round of beers every ten minutes for hours on end. I ended up drinking ten spicy margs, solid stuff!

Great atmosphere, cold beer, great view, staff not so good. They almost seemed put out about waiting on people. At $10 a beer, plus tip, at least have a smile on your face while I'm putting my money on the bar.

I told my partner I really wanted a beachy experience for lunch. We picked a different restaurant, but it was closed. They were open with a short wait time. Our waiter was friendly and he had great views of the beach. I would recommend.
