The best Italian food I've EVER had outside of Italy. Amazing food, great atmosphere and terrific prices. Don't skip dessert - the tiramisu is to die for. 10/10 would recommend
While visiting Little Italy, we decided to have dinner in this lovely place. Even though they were pretty busy, we were seated immediately. The bread and sauce they brought out was delicious! The bread was warm from the oven! We ordered a couple glasses of Primitivo, and picked our dinners. I ordered the duck salad, and my husband selected the duck ragu pasta. Both were wonderful. After dinner, we had cappuccino and tiramisu. Every bite was bliss. Our server was lovely and attentive. Thank you, Michella, for a great experience!
Great ambiance and friendly servers. Very good homemade pasta with various types of sauces. Highly recommend the pasta with lobster & cheese in a champagne sauce and asparagus. Great hot bread!! Cannoli to end s great meal. Definitely worth the visit to little Italy and this eatery.
We were there to celebrate my niece’s graduation (10 is us) they handles the bi party well. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Had the linguine and seafood with white sauce - it was amazing. So very tasty and sooo much seafood on top. The calamari appetizer was perfect and the capresse salad was delicious. Enjoy the house Chianti as well. We will be back!
This restaurant was welcoming and had a short wait. The food was wonderful, although slightly on the pricy side. I highly recommend for a good Italian meal.
I love this place very good food, and good service one of my favorite plate ravioli.
Fantastic dishes and service! We ordered the pork oso bucco and the veal & mushroom pockets and ended with the tiramisu - all were authentic and tasty! Energetic yet cozy atmosphere! Would recommend and yes, we will be back!
One of best place to eat in San Diego, I’m very very picky about food.
The food is all homemade, no canned sauces, prepackaged Pasta or anything. The food was delicious 👍🏻 The service was great and I would go there once a week to eat if I lived in the area, but I’m visiting San Diego on a business trip. Can’t wait to come back to San Diego to eat there again.
Food was delicious and our server was fantastic! So glad we stumbled into here. Favorite meal by far on our trip to San Diego.
My favorite Italian restaurant in Little Italy. Food is always great. Pretty happy with with the staff as well. My go too place.
Amazing food great bartender felt like home! My daughter and I enjoyed every min. It came as a recommendation. We are from NJ but live in AZ and you just can’t get GREAT ITALIAN FOOD and this was great 👍🏻 Italian food for sure! Highly recommend the risotto with seafood !!! Delish

Had a taste for lasagna, in between our Trolley ride and this place did not disappoint. Food was delicious and dessert was by far the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Staff was on their job and great eye candy lol;-) Thanks for an enjoyable time.
One here on a spur of the moment trip with my friend and his father. The staff was very welcoming and allowed us to sit wherever we wanted. Even though it's in the middle of downtown it is not that hard to get to the location. The food there was amazing and it was my first time trying lamb and I must say I enjoyed it very much.
The atmosphere as well as presentation of the food is definitely worth what you're paying. There are a couple spots that eat in Little Italy but definitely I think we made the right choice by eating here. If I was ever go back I would definitely get the lamb again.
The water here was also amazing a solid 7.8 out of 10.
Nice restaurant in Little Italy. Other than the hostess giving us a little attitude when I asked for a different table, the rest of the meal was great especially the food. Their complimentary bread with a spicy marinara sauce made for a nice appetizer. My group tried the pasta Cappelini, Giovese, Scoglio, and Neri (the latter two were topped with a lot of seafood) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Service was excellent and the staff work as one team (which is how it should be). If it's a nice day, enjoy their large outdoor dining space. The next time I'm in San Diego I will definitely be back.
We had the Lasagna Classico and Penne Bolognese. Both were very good, especially the Bolognese. The server brought fresh warm bread and a garlic, spicy red spice that was very tasty shortly after we sat down. And he kept my water glass full which I appreciate. Lots of outdoor seating. We will come back again soon.
Stopped here with my family for lunch while exploring Little Italy. We came as soon as they were opening and were seated quickly, choosing to sit outside. We were served water right away. We ordered calamari as an appetizer to have while we wait for our main entrées. We were also served bread with marinara sauce. The marinara sauce was great; plenty of flavor and a little bit of spice to it. I ordered the Risotto alla Piemontese, which was really delicious. The risotto came in a crisped bowl of parmesan cheese. The risotto is likely a top-5 overall for me. My mother ordered the Linguine allo Scoglio, which was delicious and the mussels were cooked well (not overcooked). The service was friendly, attentive, knew the menu and had good recommendations. I would definitely come back to try other menu items if in the Little Italy area.
Eat on the patio!
Service is incredible! They will customize dishes heavily to your preference.
One of the best Italian places.
1. Get the Arancini, Gnocchi.
Starter bread is so good with the marinara sauce and the oil & vinegar.

The outside area has a pretty good vibe.
The service was also great.
The food was ok, the octopus we had cooked for a little too long. The canneloni did not impress, the filling was good, but the sauce was just OK.
Wine was very good, they have a decent menu.
We started out with an appetizer and a glass of wine after nibbling on the bread and dipping sauce. Our main courses included the Duck Ragu and the Lobster Pasta pockets. Complex flavors!
Isabella, the server, was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I love this place. Seriously great service. Charming eatery that has both indoor and patio dining. Everything we ordered was so delicious. Before I knew it bread was on the table with some zesty red sauce. My seafood pasta dish (forgot the name,) was really tasty and a deceivingly large portion. The desert was as good to look at as it was to devour.
I absolutely love this place. The service is seriously top-notch. It's a charming eatery that offers both indoor and patio dining. Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious. Before I knew it, warm bread appeared on the table accompanied by a zesty red sauce. My seafood pasta dish (I forgot the name) was exceptionally tasty and came in a deceivingly large portion. The dessert was not only visually appealing but also a delight to devour.
