My friends and I are on vacation and after being forgotten at another restaurant we came to Brian's 24. We sat ourselves and we're acknowledged quickly with a welcome and drink orders. The food was amazing and a massive amount of it for the price! I got the breakfast burger, the meat was cooked perfectly and piping hot, the veggies were cold and crisp making for an amazing burger! The drink selection at the bar was awesome, the Gaslamp Lemonade was delicious. Overall awesome experience and food and even better staff! A must go for San Diego

So fb asked me for a review because we were just there... It is easiest if I just copy and paste my status I posted on my page after eating there. It's sums it up best. "So, as y'all know I'm in a financial freefall over here... but Jas is completely unaware, of course. But taking her places has REALLY become more and more difficult, without spending money. So last night after Bassmnt we were hungry so we went to #Brians24. Now y'all already know how much I LOVE this place... like both of us... so I said 'f it, we're gonna go eat'. I get seated, order chicken and waffles, a Pepsi for Jas, a water for me and asked how much is coffee. It was around 3 bucks, so I passed. A few minutes later and the waitress brought me a cup of coffee...i looked up and she said, "don't worry about it"...i thanked her added my cream and sugar and dove into the warm comfort of the coffee. (Believe it or not, I didn't want to go last night. I'm not feeling my best and I'm physically and emotionally exhausted...anywho...). Our food comes and its everything. Like delicious, crunchy, flavorful pieces of chicken with a waffle made by angels . We take our time pretty much devouring the plate... but not quite... it's always a BIG serving. We pack the rest to go and go and open the bill. "Thank you, this meal is on us". Y'all know I teared up with my hormonal emotional a**. Could I love Brian's anymore than I already do...? I think not. I really couldn't afford that meal. What a blessing to get your belly full of good food... when you couldn't afford to do it. Hanging in there y'all. Need your prayers." Thank you. From the bottom of our heart. You guys are awesome. Much love to the entire crew there.

Visited Brian's 24 at least once daily during our stay. Of all the restaurants we ate at over the course of a week, we absolutely loved this place! Great cocktails, late night eats and stellar service -- and hands down the best breakfast in San Diego. Can't wait to return!

A great place for breakfast. I had the Avacado Bacon omelet and it was gigantic. Plan on skipping lunch if you eat breakfast here.

This place would have been 5 stars but the pancakes were not fluffy (they were more chewy). My bf got the breakfast burger and it was way better than expected! I mean really good! All you can eat home fries and the coffee was strong. I would go back just to try the French toast.

Cool, fun place! The food seems a little pricey at first, but the portions are ENORMOUS so it all makes sense. We were here for breakfast and it was very cheery and upbeat. The service was great; one of those places where your coffee gets refilled on your second-to-last sip without you having to say a word.

Adorable brunch spot in downtown San Diego. Lovely staff and cute digs! Our food (chicken and waffles & breakfast burrito) were generous portions and tasted great. Would definitely go out of my way for the cereal milk latte again! Will definitely return.

The food was great and the coworkers were so kind. Definitely a 11 out of 10, would recommend. I say it's a nice spot for a young coward base on the environment when I was there. There are other food I wanna try there too.

This restaurant is amazing. We came to San Diego for my brother's senior trip and our goal was not too eat at the same restaurant twice but Brian's 24 was so good that we went there for breakfast two mornings in a row. The stuffed french toast was AMAZING. And my breakfast burger was amazing and I got the sweet potato waffle fries.

The ambiance and music here is very nice. Reminds me of CH holding restaurants but with better food. Food isn’t excellent but it’s good and presented well. The drinks are great. Menu has lots of options both with drinks and food. Location at 6th and F/E is good. The best part is the hours 7am- 2am weekdays and 8am-3am weekends. It was 24hrs pre Covid so maybe will be again.

Always loved this establishment even before the renovation and couldn't wait to try it post pandemic with the new menu. I consider myself a connoisseur of Eggs Benedict and this is hands down one of the best I've had. Compliments to the chef because all the flavors compliment each other.

In short, it's decent. It's good food, strong drinks, and good atmosphere. For 3 people we spent a total of $105. Go earlier than you plan, the wait starts to get long after 11am. In detail, it's decent. We arrived at 10am and the wait was about 15-20 mins. When we left around 11am, we overheard the host telling guest it's a 40-50 min wait. So the earlier the better. Once inside it was busy and packed. I was back to back with another person in my chair. So it's a small space. Since it was busy service was eh, we got treated as nicely as possible. But the decor was cute. It's a trendy style with memes and mean girl quotes. The food was good. We ordered the soufflé pancakes, the Monte Cristo (pictured), and the chicken and waffles. The chicken was delicious, best part of the whole meal. The Monte Cristo was a French toast sandwich, it had a good mix of savory and sweet. The only problem was that the food got cold fast. And while that's not necessarily their fault, in other reviews others agree with sometimes getting cold food. Overall, it's a nice place to go get brunch with friends as long as you know you'll spend a pretty penny. It's a welcoming environment. And I had a good time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place has very generous portions. Not only are the portions good but the food is great. Service was prompt and the staff was very nice. Went twice, once for breakfast and another for lunch. If you think you can handle the pancake monster go right ahead.

One of the best diners I’ve ever visited. Everything is delicious, it’s cozy, open 24/7, and has a really cool challenge with the $39.99 Pancake Monster (you get a t-shirt and your money back if you finish it in under an hour). The service was excellent, booth and table are both comfortable seating options (I stopped into Brian’s 24 twice in one week), and did I mention how tasty the food is? They’re big on flapjacks here, but honestly the biscuits and gravy impressed me the most. And they prepare everything super quick as well, making it a great spot for a work lunch. Definitely check this place out when you’re in San Diego.

The food and service were good overall. I got the stuffed french toast and my girlfriend got the avocado toast. We both thought the French toast was great but the avocado toast was only okay. The cereal killer latte is not something I would recommend and it was actually our reason for trying the restaurant.

The first time I tried coming here was around midnight and the place was packed along with a long line up. I decided to come back next day for dinner instead around 8pm and it was pretty busy but I was able to get a seat no problem. Ordered a roast beef breakfast brunch and fresh fruits and they both came within 10 minutes. The servers were very helpful and i enjoyed the noisy and busy atmosphere at the time. The food was delicious, lots of hash, lots of meat and lots of gravy. It's open 24 hours too! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a restaurant that offers large portions and a variety of meals to choose from. mb Will definitely come again!

Nice decor, friendly staff. Had the Cheesesteak Waffle  - which had a thinly sliced ribeye, onion, peppers, cheese, + garlic mayo laid over our homemade waffle. Topped with a fried egg. It was very good . A touch heavy on the cheese but overall delicious.
