Went for a date night. This is a tapas, shared plated style restaurant. About 3-4 dishes are good for two people. The food is really good! We got the plum and feta salad, Barramundi salad, chicken liver toast and Take Five dessert. Everything was delicious and we left stuffed. It is a pretty expensive restaurant though; for us two everything plus a bottle of wine cost $200 + tip. But nonetheless I recommend!

Tapas more please! Bring friends share and comment as the food melts in your mouth. Ask for Patrick he is the best! The paper plane might be your new drink this year. Get it here they make a good one. Wife loved the fish dishes and doesn't care for fish.
Very good brunch. Very cool they serve recognizable dishes with their own twist. We sat at the barroom on a Saturday since there was limited seating due to rain (they have many tables outside). I got the fried pork cutlet (Play on country fried steak). The gravy is a sausage gravy but not a white gravy. Very good! My wife got the fried chicken and pancakes. I'm not usually one for the sweets but their pancakes with honey butter were awesome. Cocktails were pretty good, ~1
$16 a peice. Overall, very good, I'd come back for lunch/dinner for sure.
Excellent new American restaurant in North Park. Chef Brad Wise emphasizes fresh seasonal ingredients in inventive dishes drawing from many cultural influences. The service is always great. Recommended.
Sunday Brunch was amazing. Had steak and eggs and eggs and hash. Started with the sticky bun. Don't skip the bun.
Compound butter on the steak was wonderful.
Round it all out with a bloody mary.
November 2022: We had Sunday brunch reservations at 11:15 am for the patio and were seated immediately. The patio is very spacious with heaters and is dog friendly. Make sure to give yourself plenty to time to park because there is no parking lot. The staff were all very friendly, quick, and attentive. We ordered the seasonal sticky bun (salted caramel persimmon), braised bacon grilled cheese, and pork belly poutine. The seasonal sticky bun was amazing. It's quite big so it is a great option for sharing. It came with salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice, persimmons, and oaty crumble. This was definitely a highlight and we would come back again to try another flavor. The braised bacon grilled cheese sandwich was really tasty - the portion size felt perfect (not too big). The sandwich had thick bacon inside of it and the mornay sauce on top made it extra special. The pork belly poutine was good but it felt a little salty and light on the pork belly. One thing to note about the brunch menu is there is a very limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks like coffee and tea. They seemed to only have black coffee - no lattes, chai tea, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed the food, service, and spacious outdoor seating. I would recommend coming here for brunch.
September 2023: We had brunch at Trust on a Sunday at 10 am. We made reservations and were seated immediately outdoors (since we had our dog with us). We got the seasonal sticky bun (cookies and cream), pork cutlet, french toast, and egg white scramble. The sticky bun was served with cookies and cream ice cream and was delicious - it was so warm, soft, and tender with the perfect amount of sweetness. The french toast was incredibly tender and custardy. The egg white scramble was my favorite - it was served with tempura broccoli which was amazing! Our waitress was very friendly and even brought a water bowl and some treats for our dog. Although the parking isn't great here, Trust is still worth the effort because the food is absolutely amazing.
OMG!! I wish San Jose had a decent food scene. This place had my favorite breakfast! Every single thing we ordered was absolutely fabulous. I got the fried pork cutlet and really enjoyed it! The french toast was not only beautiful eye candy, it tasted amazing as well.
The coffee was hot and fresh, and the staff was really attentive. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!
Went here for a date night and had a really lovely time. Ceasar and the sommelier were helpful and really kind. Our favorite dish was the RICOTTA AGNOLOTTI. Oh my goodness this dish just melts in your mouth and packed with flavor.
We will definitely come back.
