This is a highlight of our trip to San Diego. Staying at the Hyatt Manchester and having breakfast at the Seaside View restaurant! Great selection of breakfast items, pastries, fruits, made to order omelets, mountain of bacon and sausages. I love coffee and their coffee is great! My husband loves a tall glass of OJ! Staff is so attentive and show a lot of care and pride in their service to customers! Make sure to see Serawit one of their wait staff. He took great care of us.

Pretty diverse enough selection of breakfast options. Food was pretty good however it is extremely pricey. Service was excellent, everyone we spoke to had a great personality and attitude. If you do not have a big appetite in the morning like myself then there may be more affordable options. Other than the price the overall experience was great.

We did not expect this lever of service walking into that restaurant for breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights and on day one we were honored to have Serawit as our server. He is exceptional at what he does. It’s been weeks since our trip and our kids still talk about our morning chats with Serawit. He always made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. I guess if you look for the same sever every morning to be seated in his section that tells you how special he is. Oh and the food was excellent as well.

Hands down best buffet I've ever had. Like most other reviews, service was beyond top notch. Can't believe the selection...even had a real honey comb! Will definitely be back.

Excellent breakfast...for a price.😉 Loaded up on some favorites. Salmon, salami, and prosciutto were excellent. Wouldn't want to splurge like this every morning, but no regrets at all.

The seafood tower is perfect for a sunny weekend in San Diego while brunching with friends. The quality of the seafood was fresh, tasty, and just the right portion.

The breakfast buffet was enormous and great quality. We got the breakfast package with our room. We were stuffed for the day. Serawit was very inviting and knowledgeable; he made the service beyond exceptional.

The Seaview brunch experience is one of pleasure and relaxation, and more importantly about feeling like you’re visiting family that likes to pamper you. Everyone here, from the host to the omelette bar chef and busboy are all focused on the customer experience. We love coming here for brunch.

Great breakfast buffet, small but very complete and great selection of quality products including made to order omelets, eggs, and Belgian waffle. Delicious coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice!

Decent food but a bit pricey at $23 per person. I met some business colleagues for breakfast here. The standout feature is a made-to-order omelette bar. The restaurant also offers a wide array of other breakfast items buffet style including scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, deli meats, etc. Everything is of good quality and the selection is better than at your average breakfast buffet. I wouldn't seek this restaurant out (the food is good but unexceptional) but it is a convenient and acceptable choice if you're staying nearby.

Fresh, delicious buffet in two full rooms, offering made to order egg dishes, including specials like the Lobster Omelet. Fresh pastries, made just hours before, and super sweet staff. Our server was over the top nice, and we never had to ask for anything. They also catered to my children, which as any traveling parent knows is rare and welcomed.

Wrote this review specifically to mention Sammy. I stayed a bit for a conference and each morning Sammy went well out of his way to make my breakfast enjoyable. Great service and incredibly friendly. Made my day. The food was great too!

Was my first time there last weekend! The wait wasn't bad for one person. The millionaire bacon is a must try!!! It will have your mouth savoring with gray flavors!! The memosa is also delightful. Will definitely come back and with friends

This is definitely one of the top 3 all-you-can-eat breakfast buffets I have ever been to anywhere! The food and service here are five star all the way. Everything from the eggs to the bacon to the bagels with lox and cream cheese, Belgian waffles and french toast, omelet station, pastries and cereals and fruits are amazing and apparently carefully sourced and selected. This place definitely lives up to Hyatt standards, it's not cheap at approximately $26 per person but that includes unlimited juice and coffee and the full hot Buffet. If you're not hungry for the hot items, you can enjoy the Continental version of this for approximately $5 less. Definitely worth going to! Expect tablecloths, fresh flowers and individual jars of jellies and condiments on your table! Excellent way to start your day :-)
