The food was outrageously expensive. It was slow out on the balcony on a nice 75-degree day, but everyone wanted to sit inside for some reason. This could explain the lack of service on the balcony. Surprise... walked in and found this waterfront restaurant to be Very satisfying and great deal. I'm a local San Diego resident and for some reason ate everywhere on the waterfront but there and just recently went in to find good food,good drinks and a great atmosphere... with waterfront views.
