Princess Pub & Grille - San Diego - Photo album

Wanted something a bit laid back rather than the usual uppity Little Italy places so tried this. First, prices were very reasonable. The fried fish tacos were great! But the drink was very light, and I'm very certain it wasn't a regular sized shot . Hence not 5 stars. Maybe 4.5 stars? Side note
I ordered a Fish and Chips I was very happy with the quantity of the food and the taste as well. I sampled a few import beers as well from Britan, they carry Fuller's ESB on tap which is quite hard to find. The atmosphere of the pub is relaxed and you could enjoy things at your own pace.
Stopped by for a bite before heading back to hotel. The food was great! Sausage roll was on point. The mustard has quite a BITE too it, and I loved it. Fish and chips was a huge portion! Fish was fried good, and the light and crispy. Fries were thick and seasoned great! Beer was cold and poured rig
It's an Irish Pub on Google Maps, but this is an English pub. It's hard to park because it's in little Italy, but it's too good to sit down and drink a beer while walking down the street. I think it might be better to just go to the food court to give tips and eat in such a noisy place. I order Iris
Went there twice during business trip. Friendly and quick service. Nice selection of draft beers. Food was ok but nothing to write about. Recommend to upgrade fries to the hand cut ones.
Enjoyed lunch, tried some of the more popular options on the menu. The potato skins were really good and the cod fish was really good too. The fries are really really thick and I didn’t like the cole slaw. The service was good, a little slow but staff was light at that time.
Ordered the fish and chips, food was delicious! Service was great, staff was friendly. Place was having a trivia night, made it fun hearing the questions and the answers. Definitely recommend.
Nice job on the British decor. Fish and chips was good, large portion. The chips were hand cut and a good size. The batter was crispy. Food came out quick. No English cider on tap just American. Quite pricey.
A very good place to eat some grub or drink some beers.
Not sure about world famous fish and chips, but the food was good just like most restaurants, that serve fish and chips! They do charge a 5% min wage fee on the total of your bill.
What an amazing piece of fish on my fish and chips!!! Love the big piece so I can more easily picks way the breading and just eat the fish! Eating outside means the fries(chips) got cold way too fast. The fish w chips burrito is HUGE! There’s are not a lot of friends in it, so it’s basically a ginor
Ok so this place feels authentic as a real pub, the beers are served in the proper glasses for the beer your drinking. They have all the Jolly Old originals you'd expect to see in a REAL ENGLISH PUB. On to the food..I had the Banngers and mash, (sausage and mash on the menu, but don't get the proper
Great vibe, cheap-ish drinks, and nice outdoor seating area for smoking. Bartenders were really nice and attentive.
We both had the Fish & Chips. Generous portions, crispy fried cod with mild tartar sauce, hearty fries and tasty coleslaw. Sorry, forgot to take a picture until after I started eating so about 1/3 of the fish is gone!
Great time, relaxing and a fun environment to set yourself in to relax and watch something while grabbing not only drinks but their specialty beer combos. The fish and chips were delectable and wished I had more to enjoy as the fries complimented well for a bar meal. Definitely recommend if you're l
