Ice cream is super yummy and the staff is very friendly. Such a great place to stroll around and eat ice cream! 🍦
Yum!!! Thanks Ben & Jerry's for free cone day. The one time of the year I get to enjoy the best quality ice cream!!! Bourbon Brown Butter
My kids love to go there and buy cones ones and I will they are so good.
We went on Free Scoop Day and despite the lines the service was fast And Friendly, AND the scoops were hearty. :)
It's all great. Especially "coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz".
Love that place I'd go to seaport village just to get their ice cream
Love your frozen yogurt! Cherry Garcia is a must for me! I make it a ritual to have one of your frozen yogurts in a cup or cone then go on the carousel ride. Hope to take my beautiful niece sometime.
Ice cream was pricey but absolutely delicious. I got the salted caramel blondie, and it was great. The young lady who waited on me provided terrific customer service. I will be back!
I can't have dairy, but! Ben & Jerry's had NON-DAIRY amazing ice cream!
Friendly staff too!
Great ice cream as always. Amazing walk with the ocean view. Service is great! We could taste before ordering and ended up ordering the Phish Food and Salted Caramel.
Yes it's expensive, but at least they give you huge scoops. The taco place facing the water is $6 for a single 2-bite taco. And the ice cream flavors are always inventive and excellent! Love the Americone Dream. You ROCK, B&J!
Great location in the Seaport Village. Little pricey but generous portions. Great place to sit down and enjoy the views.
I've been here a few times, usually very quick service and I always have their coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz in a cone. It usually has so much flavor, just delish.
Best Ben & Jerry's that I've been to the people are not greedy at all with the Scoops very big portions and again Ben and Jerry you are my two favorite guys when it comes to ice Creamery thanks again cool little village this place is in
We enjoyed our experience at Ben and Jerry’s At seaport village. It was the perfect spot to spot and rest with young children. It is right next to the carousel and shaded.
Staff was friendly, and food was delicious. Getting here was stroller friendly, I parked at the unconditioned surrender statue (meter parking $1.50 an hour) and took the 5 mins walk on the pier to get here (beautiful!)
I’m giving only four stars based on value of product. We got two little kiddie ice creams and one gourmet cone and it was over $20 dollars. This is more than it cost us in Disneyland for the same thing. And Disneyland portions were much bigger. I do feel they should lower their prices just a tab because it was the only negative part of my experience.
I tried a mix of the Chocolate ice cream with a hot fudge on top and the triple caramel ice cream it was super delicious. Also dipped some brownies for fun
Got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, normal pricing for a popular brand ice cream in San Diego, staff was friendly and super quick. Definitely recommend!
The ice cream there is incredibly good and even though it is a little bit expensive you really get good quality and a lot of it.
Great tasting ice cream. Got a treat for the whole fam.
Love they crew here, they're so friendly and helpful. They'll give you samples of ice cream upon request and don't forget to ask if you need to validate your parking ticket. The only problem I have with the place is that the sundays could get pricey. I bought 2 ice cream sundays and they were about $9 each. That could get expensive cause my total ice cream bill was about $30. Ice cream sundays are expensive so beware. 4 Stars cause of price.
