Good drinks. Good pho. Good clams. Good service. Everything about this place was good but nothing was over the top to make it great. You’ll leave satisfied. This place usually makes the Top 10 pho restaurants in San Diego. Better than most but no wow-factor
The best Pho! I ever had in my life!
I had the Spicy Rib Eye Pho, which they specialize in grilling their Rib Eye for that smoky taste, like having a steak right off the BBQ grill into your Pho.

Absolutely delicious these grilled filet ribeye Pho. Rice noodles, fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño combined with fragrant herbs. The Pho is flavorful, aromatic and consistent, the taste never changes, because it's a family secret recipe. The broth is slowly prepared with fresh ingredients. I've been going there for a couple of years and tried other Pho restaurants before around the area. In my opinion it's the best. Also the service is great, the uniforms of the waiter's are clean as is the restaurant as well. Highly recommend it ...

.. the Mignon Pho restaurant is still amazing. We returned after the pandemic twice. And last Sunday we brought our out-of-town friends there visiting us from the East-Coast. They enjoy every spoon full!🥰

... Here are the last photos from the Pho Mignon restaurant. We stopped by to have our last meal and say goodbye to the crew since we're moving out of California.
The food is great which makes visiting so worth it.

Really good spot. Enjoyed the food, and service. Had a great conversation. The cocktail menu was a fun diversion from the typical "lychee martini" type menu. LOVED THE MUSIC. I am in utter anticipation of my return.
Make your own pho 15, vermicelli salad bowl 15. Getting here 6 minutes after they open at 11 AM to have a meal with my best friend before he gets married and heads off to another state, absolutely priceless.
I've been here several times before, the portions are generous, the food is delicious, the pho broth is fantastic and cooked in house over night. The vermicelli salad bowl is a giant bowl with noodles some chopped greens and meats and sauce and absolutely a great meal. I'm a dude who loves flavored and meat and noodles, I am not disappointed.

Good food in this establishment. Service was nice and friendly. And they have a lotto machine as well. Parking on certain times of the day can be difficult, especially with the spaces so narrow.
Second visit this month! Oh so goodie, good and delicious. I had the mignon pho last time and the veggie pho this time. They were both so good and plentiful. We ordered the shrimp roll again too and especially love the peanut sauce. Let me suggest the cold organic teas which come in flavors like rose and jasmine. Free refills! Don't miss happy hour with appetizer and drink specials every day from 4-6pm. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
So I've only been here once but I have to commend the staff/servers. The day I went they were understaffed and the place was packed but the server did an amazing job of making sure everyone's needs were met. The server was very friendly and helpful as well. Now in regards to the food it was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Aside from taste the plate layout was also very pleasant to the eye. Lastly I would say this place is very family friendly and the location and parking is very convenient. They also take reservations although it is not required.
So so delicious! We were craving authentic Vietnamese and opted for this fun blend of the traditional and the trendy. We tried the spring rolls and really enjoyed the filet mignon pho. As a traditionalist, I opted for the pho with sirloin/strip steak and there were no regrets, but no matter what, you can't make a wrong choice.
We came here on a late afternoon. The restaurant was not busy so our waiter had plenty of time to provide great service. The restaurant had a modern feel to it due to its gray concrete walls. We ordered the bone marrow pho not realizing that we actually wanted the short rib pho. If you're adamant about having bone marrow pho, just know that those come in limited supply. We were only able to arm twist them to serve us two of them. Other pho dishes we ordered were the short rib and oxtail pho bowls. The broth is good enough to eat/drink without needing the extras, but it's pho! Put all your extras you need into it. IYKYK. We also ordered 1 lb of the the Cajun boil shrimp. We could have done without that since we already had too much food and they need to develop their recipe a little more.

Great pho. The broth is on the sweeter side. But the filet mignon in the steak was delicious! So tender
Big spaces. Wide selection of food. Variety of options for pho as well. Great taste and delicious to say the least. Priced just a little higher than average.
The soup was good, the rare steak and beef balls.
Shrimp spring roll was delicious with the crushed peanut butter sauce, though I thought they usually dip in fish sauce in traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
However, when I was there, there weren’t many tables, and I was guided to sit in more or less of a corner. With 2-3 waitresses on the floor, I waited for a long time, ended up getting my bill and asked to pack the food by going directly to them.
Other than the services, it’s great place to recommend.
I really enjoyed this pho place! The oysters were outstanding and the meat was very tender. However, the soup could be a bit warmer.
The pho 😋 here is so on point, the flavor is next level good. I've also tried the bah mi sandwiches, they are also delicious. This place is a new favorite & the staff are very nice.
Pho with the beef short rib. Short rib was tender and falling off the bone. The pho came out nice and piping hot, noodles cooked properly and the broth was good. No complaints.
I see people complaining about service, folks, we're in a pandemic where the restaurant industry is having some serious difficult times with hiring, retainment and it's not their fault. Support your local businesses, be patient and stop being so damn entitled.
Phenomenal food and service!! I had the pho with ribeye and spring rolls. They were both delicious and even the water was tasteful.

My favorite dish is the filet mignon pho. It is fresh and hot, great for lunch or dinner, and is a great comfort food.
There are also many other things to choose from and good drinks and beer.
The place has always been clean and professional. The parking is always easy too, as it's in a large parking lot.
