Everything we ate was good. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I had the vegetable frittata and it was really good. I love having a frittata with a biscuit & gravy. They made everything just right.
Food is always delicious and comes out hot! Portions are for sharing and the prices are great! Last order was the chicken & gyro meat plate. So much food and so good! I had the rest for dinner that night.
The french toast is massive! I was very impressed by how good the food was. Great coffee, friendly wait staff, and wasn't crowded at all!
Everything make from scratch, for real. They butcher their own meats including bacon, make all own sauces, breakfast all day, American diner classics, and delicious Mediterranean food. A true gem of a spot! Eating here again twice inn one week couldn't resist!
Ordered the great combo that came with TWO eggs, FOUR sausage links, AND giant french toasts. Totally worth the price and it was enough to feed two people. Love, love, love their toast. Absolutely love the portion(almost too generous). Four stars because my sausage links were over cooked... We also
Bright clean. Great French toast. 3 inches thick. Daughter loved her sandwich.
Friend of mine suggested this place for the steak and eggs and their massive French toast. Staff are punctual, courteous, and respectful. Place is clean, and a lot of seating. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean cuisine and this place does a very good gyro. If you come here for breakfast, you have to get
There is something special about the simplicity and quality of the food offered here. I have quite literally never had more glorious French toast in all my life. The gyros here are to die for. Everything I've ever ordered here has come out fantastic, from eggs to grits to burgers. To top it all off
We love spice house. I've been coming to this restaurant ever since I was little. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. If you're a savory kind of person get the Gyros and Eggs plate. It's to die for. If you're a sweets kind of person get the French Toast. Yumm. The servers are welcoming an
Omg. Their french toast is to die for. Absolutely the most delicious thick slices of heaven I have ever had. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I love this place for breakfast. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
07/17/16: 4.5 out of 5 - Visiting in from Portland and came here for breakfast. I remember this use to be a Bonus Big Boy when I use to live out here. I had my "go to" for most unfamiliar breakfast restaurant; the Country Fried Steak breakfast. It was tasty and it also came with a choice of hash
The service was excellent! Food was very good with nice sized portions and a good variety of choices. The wait time between ordering and being served is always short, which is very nice if your in a hurry. Nice atmosphere. Been going here for years and always had a good experience.
For the past two years, this has been my go to breakfast place in the Kearny Mesa/Tierrasanta area. I cannot sing enough praises about their French toast! First of all, they are huge slices of toast and so fluffy. Secondly, you can have the powdered sugar on it or have it smothered in strawberries a
Came here for a quick breakfast before class. I love potatoes and can be a bit critical of how others make them lol. But their hash browns were on point! Crisp on top and soft underneath. Just the way I like them. I ordered that and a side of cantaloupe. You get a half of one and boy mine was so swe
Love them for their fresh, consistent good size meals and service. Only improvement needed is better coffee. Highly recommend an omelette, French toast and hash browns....extra crispy. Salads are also good.
