Sara's Mexican Food - San Diego - Photo album

Randomly found this spot. Low key area with friendly staff and fast service. I order a bean and chesse burrito which was good. Some Mexican places are a hit or miss but there's have 2 kinds of chesse. White and yellow. They also have great rice and I am really picky about my rice. My only issue is t
Came over here for breakfast (my first California burrito) and this place was unreal. We ended up getting the Machaca for breakfast with a hot sauce and it was a 20 out of 10. Toto came out and had a very nice conversation with us, welcoming us to California and sharing his story. This guy has some
Some of the best Mexican food that you can get within America. I'm from the East Coast and went over to mission Beach to visit a friend. When I got there he recommended Sara's and I could not have been happier with my choice. I ate there a few days but definitely my favorite selection was Michelle's
It was good food, but not amazing. We got the Al Pastor burrito and the Hi Andres! Burrito. Both burritos were good just not stand out amazing. The Al Pastor was a little better for having more flavor. The Hi Andres was good and had good Carne asada but a TON of sauce. But both good, is close to our
One of the highlights of our trip. I had the tacos and they were huge and amazing and the homemade corn tortillas were great. The rest of our group had burritos and they all said they were amazing. They do not have many tables to eat at but the bar next door will let you in with food if you buy a dr
These Al pastor taco combination & cheese quesadilla definitely hit the spot. I’ve been passing this place all week and finally stopped.
Delicious burritos with the best fresh tortillas. We got the Al pastor and fish. We preferred the Al pastor more- lots of flavour. My family ordered a variety of things and all thoroughly enjoyed them!
No frills and unassuming exterior but don’t let that steer you away from their amazing street tacos. Get the asada and birria tacos, they are big, generously filled, and totally delicious. The tortillas are homemade. I’m going back for a burrito tomorrow. Customer service is fast and friendly too. I
Just left the beach. Came here so delicious! We got the Surf & Turf fries! Smashed them! Way better than the carne asada fries back home in Phoenix.
Super fast! We got the beach loaded nachos and the mini street tacos 🤌🏼 the green sauce was stupid good too!!
The food was good. The shredded chicken has some good flavor. I ordered the 2 burrito combo plate. I was thinking they would be small burrito 🌯. They were really good portions. They don't cheat you on portion size. Their Pico was so fresh.
This place is really good. Their service is top notch. The people here are very generous with their portions. I personally got Monster Bandala as a pollo asada version and it tasted like a bomb. Also their roll taquitos are really good. I am really satisfied trying out this place for the first time.
Darn! Im going to be thinking about Sara’s Surf and Turf carne asada fries for the next year! They’re that good!!!! I wish I could give them 5 extra stars just for the beauty of my plate! So good!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sara's Mexican Food in Mission Beach, San Diego, and I am still on cloud nine from the mouthwatering experience I had there. This hidden gem deserves all the praise and recognition it can get, especially for their remarkable Carne Asada and the exceptional ser
