This Baskin Robbins is outstanding in literally every aspect of customer service. The ice cream they serve isn’t just delicious and flavorful, it’s so varied, which makes it interesting to go every single time. The staff is so kind and caring among their customers, and the new owner is so friendly! She recently took over the Baskin Robbins of this location, and it was such a great pleasure to meet her! She treated me with so much respect and kindness, that made me feel belonged. I was even able to try some of the flavors and realize my love for the cotton candy flavor. The store was extremely clean, and suited every single one of my needs as a customer of Baskin Robbins. With this being said, it would be an absolute pleasure to come back again next time!
I needed a cake for a Graduation celebration during our vacation stay! I called to explain my situation and was told I could order online and they would watch for it. My cake was absolutely wonderful and made exactly as I requested. Cudos to this Baskin Robbins!
Best Baskin Robins in San Diego, good customer service. We called all baskin robins in San Diego and they all said they need 24-48 hours to make my order but this store made it for us in 4 hours only.👍
We had a gift certificate to spend here and decided to stop in after having lunch at Phil's BBQ nearby. The store is bright and clean with cone options clearly on display, which made it super easy to choose.
There were a few flavors we were curious about, but due to the pandemic, they were not offering free samples. Boyfriend got the double scoop with cherries jubilee (his favorite) and the triple mango. The triple mango was absolutely superb and I highly recommend. I got a single scoop of the blackberry hibiscus. It's got a nice balance of the berry and sweet floral flavors with the hibiscus ribbon.
There was plenty of booth seating inside and a few high top tables outside. Since masks were required inside, we enjoyed our ice creams outside. Overall, can't go wrong with ice cream!
I wish I would have looked at the clerk's name badge who was working the closing shift on 7/15/21, because he was hustling!! You pretty much expect the same flavors at BR locations, so that's the same. But the service was excellent for a guy working the counter alone with a good amount of people that last hour. Props to him!
This is a great location for parking, and there are outside tables to utilize.
As a diehard ice cream aficionado, it's become clear to me over time that Baskin Robbins' is genuinely underrated. The flavors are chock-full of goodies and rich without being sickly sweet. This is my go-to location and I've only ever received warm, prompt service from employees. Erica in particular is a gem! Lovely, thoughtful lady and the cakes she makes demonstrate impressive, meticulous artistry. LOVE HER 🤗
Three of us stopped in and as always we had a hard time selecting. Three different flavors in cones. They were so good and satisfying.
Does Scotty still work at this location? He is professional and service is unmatched! We always leave with a smile after his great service. A “must have” when we visit SD! He is a shining beacon of the Baskin Robbins team!
One of the last true Ice Cream shops. Server was friendly and served generous portions. The Hot Fudge Sundae was delicious and it had plenty of hot fudge!
Love this little shop! They're always so incredibly polite, accommodating, and I think they're doing a great job of keeping guests and employees safe!

I used to, every single year, would go here and get an ice cream cake. They’re fantastic, and one of the more original ice cream shops, that still remind me of childhood.
The World Class Chocolate ice cream is a chocolate lover's dream! So yummy!
