Tropical Savor Bar & Grill - San Diego - Photo album

We’ve come here numerous times already, we bring all our friends that are out of town to try this spot, all day the same. The food and staff are great! It’s family operated and the food is authentic and vibe is very tropical. The food is very tasteful i would definitely recommend trying the plantain
Excellent customer service experience. They are attentive and friendly. I love the food there!!!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone looking for a change in their taste buds. Tropical Savor is my spot!
Oh my gosh. So delicious. Pictures of coconut fish, fried sweet plantain (Maduro) and yucca fries. Friendly staff and fast service. I'll be back on my next San Diego visit!
Tried this place last night, and it was very good! It is new to the Gaslamp, but an excellent choice. From the Dominican Republic, the owners offer a very tasty Caribbean menu that is pleasingly different from the rest of the eateries in the Gaslamp area. At this time, the prices are very reasonable
The staff was very accommodating to our large group, it was a little slow on getting the food after ordering, but there were quite a few people there at the time. The food was delicious, I enjoyed chicken wings, fried plantain n cheese sandwiches as my appetizers and a non alcoholic island style pun
Excellent food. Authentic Dominican food. Will definitely return again.
I've been missing my food, and glad i was able to finally make it here. Host was amazing and food reminded me of home.
The ambiance, food, drinks and staff were all GREAT! We will definitely be back.
Amazing staff and food taste just like the mother land. It's like having a part of home here in San Diego. Come enjoy delicious meals at an amazing price.
Very good food at reasonable prices. Great ambience and friendly staff. Will definitely visit again if given the chance.
Good service and food. Great music and ambience. The salad was awesome. Definitely coming back
Tropical vibes that make you miss Central America & the Carribean with their Cuba Libres on point. Clean, neat, and modern, definitely a new go-to in town when you got that craving.
The food and ambiance was great. My family loved the location. The waiter and staff were awesome. Me being from NY, my 2 sons and I were looking forward to the Sancocho but it ran out. In a Dominican restaurant Sancocho should never run out. Make 2 pots! 😀
It’s hard to find authenticity and originality. A Dominican restaurant where the chefs are actually Dominican! Love it! Food has a home cooked feel like I’m eating at my grandparents house. Recipes full of flavor that’ll have you coming back. The staff is very family oriented so you not only experie
Excellent and authentic food. Equally great service. I’ve recently had bariatric surgery and they were happy to accommodate my requests at no extra charge. Ambiance is very welcoming and warm. Drinks are stiff. I was here during the day but I can see how the evening ambiance would be enjoyable as w
