The store just opened up for the day and I wanted to order the classic fish tacos. So good! :) They were cooked fresh and served hot! None of the toppings were old, so everything about it was crunchy fresh and wonderful!

Stopped at Rubios for lunch today. Had the Original Fish Taco Plate. Always good! I love their fire roasted salsa. It is unique and has not changed in 30 years. I just love the charred flavor it has. I am happy that they are open and it's great to see that they are busy as well.
I love the original fish taco. They now serve a lot of other things but I stick with what made them famous.

I got a chicken and steak street taco and they were loaded with chicken and steak. They were both extremely tasty and just the right amount.
Made a large order (~25 items) and the process from ordering to picking up was seamless. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was equally as outstanding. Lots to see on the menu. Place has a strong following since it's located close to three high schools and nearby business park has employees who need to eat. Rubio's has great fish tacos and great burritos. All good choices. No matter what I ordered and paid for, my taste buds are happy.

It was marvelous. I had the salmon burrito. I went with a huge group including kids and adults. Everyone found something they liked and it was responsible priced with healthy choices for all. I didn't think to take pictures of my food. But I'm telling you. It was pretty with awesome layers.
Really enjoyed the fish tacos and assortment of salsas.
