The Grounds Bean Bar - San Diego - Photo album

Welp...I had the unfortunate luck of finding the one coffee shop in San Diego without air conditioning! They had a fan...but it was pointed at the employees...rightfully so! The person that took my order was super sweet and patient (as usual, I didn't know what I wanted)...the guy that made my coffe
The Grounds bean bar in San Diego exceeded all expectations! Exceptional coffee, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. A perfect spot for coffee enthusiasts – 5 stars!
Beautiful little coffee shop with delicious fare. Friends and I dropped by after visiting Fiesta Island Dog Park, and it was fun to see other patrons come through with their dogs, too. I had the chickpea salad sandwich. One friend had a regular avocado toast and tried the mushroom coffee. The other
I love this place! I go here every weekend. The staff are wonderful and the coffee is very good. It's important to note, though, that the coffee flavor changes a bit depending on which staff makes it. The food is a bit mediocre, but not bad. I feel that this café's biggest flaw is that being inside
Phenomenal neighborhood coffee spot. Inviting vibe and great coffee beans. I've always had good coffee here (drip, lattes, chagaccino). They offer alternative milks for $.50 / $.75 : • Oat • Almond • Coconut • Soy They also offer food (their avocado toast is so good).
This place was perfect. The shots were pulled nicely and the milk was steamed to perfection. There were inspirational quotes everywhere and that was awesome. The barista was personable and even gave some suggestions on where to get some good local eats! Definitely coming back before we leave town!
I liked this Coffee Shop. I didn't know it was here until my recent visit. This nice Coffee Shop is just off Ingraham Street (busy corridor street between Pacific Beach, Crown Point, Paradise Point, Sea World, Hwy 8, Mission Beach and Point Loma).. The Grounds is cute, clean and artistic. Service is
Yummy coffee! They are treating Covid seriously which is a bonus, and will gladly return. Such a cool atmosphere, I do wish to have sat inside, but still a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
Love the style here. I could definitely see myself studying in the corner amongst all the vegetation and forest-like wallpaper. Kind and hardworking staff. The cappuccino may need refinement. I would go back at some point to try the food items because they smelled amazing...
The females that work here were amazing and sweet, however, the guy with the bleached hair and the facial piercings, was on his phone and did VERY little to help the guests or his coworkers.
Excellent coffee and avocado toast! Cute and trendy place, but with the goods to back it up. I will definitely be back for another Bombon.
This açaí bowl aesthetics is so nice and tastes good too. Pretty and chill spot for a small breakfast.
Love the atmosphere at this coffee shop. Plenty of seating both inside and multiple tables outside as well. Coffee is pretty good and priced like any other shop. Easily assessable. Plenty of street parking. Short walk to the bay
Super fun and popular coffee shop in Pacific Beach. Dog and people friendly. I had a bagel, and they served it with some fresh berries - such a cute touch. It's fun to sit outside and watch the people come and go. 🍓🫐 Try the mushroom coffee, by the way! Try it!
Very healthy food. Nice coffee and atmosphere. Fast service. I recommend this place
I like the decor of this place. It was hot in there though. I ordered a flat white and it was kinda bitter. Ultimately if you aren't in the area, this place probably isn't worth making the drive from a different part of town to make this your daily spot. It was pretty good, just didn't stand out.
Cute hidden spot in SD. It has a lot of potential. Coffee was good, the food was okay. I will deff come back to grab coffee. Parking is very hard to find so keep driving around and read the signs or you will get a ticket.
Really cool atmosphere with seating outside. Good cup of drip and the açaí bowl was refreshing (even though ordered the granola bowl). Bit expensive ($14 for granola bowl and drip) but it’s CA.
