Delicious Philly cheesesteaks! I had the Joe’s Special and my wife had the Bell Pepper. Both were outstanding. The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavor and the bread soaked up the drippings but still held together. We devoured it. The staff was really friendly and gave advice when asked. Lots o
I was so blessed to learn it was the celebration of the stores original opening of 44 years., Joe came from Philly and visited San Diego and decided to dream up His own Philly cheesesteak sandwich shop in San Diego. He envisioned a great sandwich shop that would cater home type delicious food to it
A good cheesesteak for San Diego. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned well. The bread was fresh, soft on the inside, and a little bit toasted on the outside. Grilled onions were done just right. Plenty of cheese options - I got both wiz and provolone. The sandwich itself is on the smaller side
That authentic Philly cheesesteak in San Diego! The best part was the bread! The decor made it feel like I was in West Philadelphia, born and raised, on the playground where I spent most of my day" 😂 9/10! French fries were perfectly cooked but a little on the salty side.. is that how y'all like th
Best philly cheesesteak breakfast style comes with 2 fried eggs. The meat seasoned perfectly. Get the joes special breakfast philly. I been there several times while working outa town for a week. It was that good.
The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was pretty good, but I just wanted more flavor. The kids liked their ham and cheese sandwich and the cheese fries. The star of the show was my wife’s order: the cheesesteak fries. They were absolutely delicious! The prices were a little high, but it is San Diego and i
Nice lady that is always there to take your order. I recommend Joe’s 10’’ Philly steak sub but with cheese whiz. You will never be satisfied with any other cheese steak after you try there’s.
As my brother would say, “not bad”. Not the best I’ve had (and I’ve been to Philly), but it’s decent. I did t have the fries but it wasn’t super greasy like I would expect and it wasn’t smothered in cheese. Kinda bummed. I think the Google rating of 4.4 matches my sentiments. Worst case scenario, J
Steak Philly is pretty awesome! Definitely going to be coming back to get more. On the downside it’s little bit pricey.
I went here on a recommendation that said this was the closest thing to Philly cheesesteaks in the SD area and hands down it was. While good meat and cheese is always important, it really comes down to the bread for me. Every other place has generic buns. This place gets there bread delivered from a
One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have tried. Service is fast and friendly. The location is pretty small, but we go for the food!
It’s a nice little sandwich shop off Miramar road. I get the Philly vibes with the Philly memorabilia. The sandwich, however, is an average sandwich to me. Coming from the east coast, I do have high standards when it comes to an authentic cheesesteak. The best cheesesteaks in or near Philly (to me)
I was searching for somewhere to eat while on break from class. I came across this place, and it is 🔥🔥. I tried Joe's Special, and I loved it. The staff was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was pretty chill. Nothing extravagant. It'll be going back there again. Give them a try!!
I was very delighted by their signature philly sandwiches! Each bite was filled with great flavor and it tasted like Philadelphia. The Chicken Buffalo Sandwich was my favorite! I also loved the Philadelphia sports decorations and history around the restaurant.
Philadelphia Sandwich Company located in Miramar is known for their cheese steaks (with or without onions), chicken cheese, east coast style hoagie sandwiches and fries. Soon they will be adding pizzas to their menu as well. Apart from this they have lots of Philly goodies like butterscotch krimpe
Best cheese steak sandwich by far. I've been to most every cheese steak shop in the county (7 places), searching for the right combo. Amoroso rolls, non water downed Cheez Whiz, no extra salt and packed with tender, not overcooked meat. It's worth my time to come out from east county for this.
Authentic Philly Cheese steaks and hoagies. I lived in Northeast Philly before moving out to San Diego. These are way better than Jersey Mike's and Firehouse Subs. The key is not only a fair portion of fresh ingredients, but to stuff everything into an Amoroso roll. Every time I eat here I feel l
