Been coming here for many years and Michelle the owner is very friendly and cares about her guests. We try to come here almost once a month now. Is this the best Pho in San Diego? "Yes it is"! This is the best Pho I have ever had by far. My favorite is the Large Dac Biet Pho #1 ( now that a meal!) .
I would highly recommend the place food is really delicious. The people are very welcoming. The prices are extremely affordable. I had a large far and the Boba tea and I spend less than $20. The big far is only $13. You got a try it.
