We're from Hawaii, this was only our 2nd time to an El Pollo Loco. The chicken is so good, wish we had one where I live.

I enjoy El Pollo Loco multiple times a month. It is very delicious and healthy. My favorite dish is the pollo bowl combo. For a large bowl of rice, beans, chicken, Pico de gio, salsa and a large side of heaven. You can choose from a side of chips, flower tortilla, or corn tortillas.

Since the change of ownership things got better the new manager ana karen and their crew always treat me good and vet me the chicken the way i like 10 out 10
My chicken was a bit dry & some bites were suspect. The cheese may have been old. One taste & I took it out of my bowl
Excellent customer service, excellent food. The only thing I saw that day ( 01-26-2023 ) at 12:15 p.m. was that the roof was undergoing renovation and they had no plastic or anything to prevent the debris from falling to the ground.
I’m a fan of their chicken bowls. This was my first time at this location. Typical El Pollo environment. The young lady who waited on me could use a little polish on her customer service methods and act friendly.

Had chicken avocado. Food was great. The hot sauce, surprisingly (for being fast food), was better than some of the sit down restaurants, and chips were great as well. Haven’t had food from el pollo loco for a while, didn’t really expect much but now it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.
